Very nice people very kind and welcoming. They did their best to satisfy us. Good breakfast good dinner. Room are big and same for the bathroom. The price for the quality is perfect. It was on our way before the safari so that was perfect for us.
A little bit difficult to access but it will be easy to improve
Food was good
The guy in the evening who checked us in was the most friendly person we have encountered in all of Arusha. Thx again for the quick reaction to our booking. Room was clean, so was the overall house. Price was very good for what you get.
No trash bins in the room, breakfast was non existent other than plain toast and margarine and tea. Female staff from reception needs serious training in hospitality. They were blank staring at us, no friendly good morning, no smile.
The price is good no matter what
1. Shuttle is not free as advertised
2. Shower very poor pressure
3. Very basic food ordered in evening took far too long
4 beer and water expensive compared to area
5 breakfast small except pineapple
We had a lovely stay, and Agnes and Subira were wonderful.
I enjoyed my stay at the lodge, but we never had the chance to shower in hot water. Despite being advised to let the water run for 10 minutes, it never warmed up. Perhaps the manager could consider installing instant showers to improve the experience.

Kitchen staff are not kind enough
We were warmly received by Ms Subira, and our housekeeper, Ms Agnes, made our rooms super clean and comfortable to say in. Generally, the staff at Kiteme are kind and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Mary, who went above and beyond to make our stay and Arusha experience magical!! Wonderful staff, 👍 great service.
Kiteme is located closer to the road, which eased our movement
The hotel should consider upgrading the WIFI infrastructure. We had a lot of downtime in our room, even though the router was on the same floor we were in.
Secondly, check out time should be adjusted or made flexible since the mode of travel from Arusha to other countries is mostly very early in the morning or late in the evening.

Nothing
Super friendly staff and nice big room with cosy bed. The fan on the roof was perfect for august as it wasn’t too hot.
The breakfast was okay, plenty of food and small variety each day.
The area is a local area and there’s plenty of kids around who love to chat and say hi :) it’s only a short tuk tuk ride to the center for about 2000/3000 shillings, you just have to walk out to the paved road.
The shower pressure in our room was pretty bad however that’s because we were on the top floor I think… we were offered to change to a smaller room but I preferred the big room with bad shower.
Despite the very low cost our rooms had everything we needed and were very comfortable, staff was super friendly, breakfast was large and very tasty. The location wasn’t an area to stroll around in, very poor, but we felt safe and secure.
This acommodation is good if you need a short stay in Arusha. It is close to the airport and the facility was new and clean. The surrounding of the hotel is not so nice, but we felt safe here anyway.
We have to wait for the dinner for a really long time.
Price was more expensive, than in Booking.com reservation. Unforgiveable. Never there again.
