El personal era amable y el agua salua caliente.
Ubicación horrible, una zona nada segura, difícil de llegar y unos caminos muy malos, la habitación era una nevera, el baño te duchas encima del wc, las sabanas y toallas rotas, y lo peor el desayuno, nunca tenían nada, ni un café, servían un te malo, el tercer dia ya ni huevos decían que tenían nos pusieron pan de molde solo, sin nada. No puede ser que un hotel con desayuno tengan tan mal servicio y si les dices que hay para desayunar entonces te dicen que solo te y pan molde. Diría que hay mejores opciones teniendo en cuenta Arusha y como se manejan precios.

The location is a bit hidden but once you get to the premises you realize that you made the right decision. The staff were very friendly, the room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was great but would have loved a bit more variety. I will definitely be going back if i would need to stay in a hotel.

Very nice people very kind and welcoming. They did their best to satisfy us. Good breakfast good dinner. Room are big and same for the bathroom. The price for the quality is perfect. It was on our way before the safari so that was perfect for us.
A little bit difficult to access but it will be easy to improve
Food was good
The guy in the evening who checked us in was the most friendly person we have encountered in all of Arusha. Thx again for the quick reaction to our booking. Room was clean, so was the overall house. Price was very good for what you get.
No trash bins in the room, breakfast was non existent other than plain toast and margarine and tea. Female staff from reception needs serious training in hospitality. They were blank staring at us, no friendly good morning, no smile.
The price is good no matter what
1. Shuttle is not free as advertised
2. Shower very poor pressure
3. Very basic food ordered in evening took far too long
4 beer and water expensive compared to area
5 breakfast small except pineapple
