Disappointing
Pros:

Food was good.

Cons:

Booked room no. 303 & 304. No water in flush in 303 & no hot water in 304. Hotel staff tried to repair it for 1hr. Moreover he couldn't repair it & more leakage started from elsewhere. We had inconveniences for it & we couldn't use washroom for 1 hr. Staff has not extended 1hr.

Just enough stay at reasonable prices
Pros:

Breakfast could have been slightly better with more options

Cons:

No Slippers in the room
Surrounding noises at night were disturbing

Just Loved it!
Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the railway station and conveniently close to the airport, making it perfect for travelers. Despite being so close to these major transport hubs, the hotel is a quiet oasis, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.

Not suitable for family stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice and tasty. Room was very clean. Had tea coffee maker , hot water was available 24*7.

Cons:

Location of the hotel was not good. Surrounding areas was very conjusted. It is located in a small lane in a small apartment .There is no parking available for car. No good view from windows. Room space was small.

Horrible wifi, front desk staff not trustworthy
Pros:

The place was clean

Cons:

Horrible wifi. We couldn't work from our rooms. I had to sit in lobby and work while the management staff ran around me, fought, argued and bickered with each other on top of their voices.
The staff gave us a 2 single beds room after confirming the reservation for 1 queen bed and then tried to pin our room to someone else until my girlfriend told them that we would leave and it was given to us after 2 nights in a smaller twin bed room while charging us the full amount.
