Washroom fixtures can be maintained well.( loose tap, soap dish, Toilet roll holder).

Naphthalene balls are not the solution for pest control in guest rooms. We were unable to use wardrobe because of its smell.

No proper maintenance. No hot water in one of the room (out of three rooms booked). Towels were torn with holes. drinking water bottles not provided even upon asking. Toiletries were not given at first. I went to reception and collected from there upon request. Car parking is at cellar and its too sloop and bumpy where my car under body touched the sloop.

Staff interaction is not good and respond is not good

Air Conditioner wasnt working properly, after repeated requests we eventually stopped calling Reception. As the reception didn't do anything but send a worker there who only turned off and turned on the AC. The landline didn't work, they gave another alternative phone number to call, which we need to call 5 times for them to answer. When we called for 3rd time that the A.C was not working, she literally shouted in the call, telling that wait, the boy is coming. When confronted about, why she was shouting and talking like that, she told that it was phone issue and she was unable to hear us properly thats why she shouted. Dont come to this hotel, not worth for the price.

Worst hotel, my parents are senior citizens and they had bad experience of staying here at this place.
1. Water is not available at the hotel
2. There is no restaurant available and as said they will provide the breakfast from a street vendor.
3. There is not hooks or latches to dry your towels. When asked the hotel staff they replied 'you are not supposed to wash your clothes and dry them here'. Who will wash the clothes and dry, you should just think of wet towels.
4. There is not a single chair to sit on. My parents are religious and dont sit on the cot post their bath. They had to sit on the floor and perform their pooja.
5. Hotel staff is never available. They give you a number during check in which never works. No one attends to your calls.
6. For one room with double cot and an air-conditioning, the price is on higher side.
7. No facilities provided here at this hotel.

Cleanliness, parking, hygiene and more

No wifi ac not good and very noisey and fan also like that , they are providing manual key for room open/close this is very annoying, staff not responding properly , I requested to change the room but no response next time I will not prefer to going there

We found lots of cockroaches while check in and not providing any kind of amenities n towels .. bedsheets are extremely dirty with sink smell ,, dead slow WiFi
Staff even don’t have knowledge how to open door . Rude behavior n unprofessional

Walking in kakinada roads is a bit risky with unruly drivers, one must be careful while strolling around, just a precaution as the hotel is on the main road.
