Pros:

4 nights at The Ornate, we had a great time staying here. Staff's are good and professional, breakfast buffet are extraordinary for the price of the stay. Only exception is the bathroom where shower keeps malfunctioning and the wash basin a bit off which causes water spillage on the floor.

I was befooled by booking.com and will sue the booking platform as they put my family in trouble .
