Cons:

Bardzo słaby wybór na śniadaniu, zimna jajecznica.
Wprowadzono nas w błąd co do godzin funkcjonowania strefy z sauną i basenem rano - ostatecznie nie skorzystaliśmy przed wyjazdem.

Women’s in Reception were very rude.

There was no intercom in suite
No iron or steamer. We asked for extra pillows, they told us we have only one pillow.

Séjour agréable chambre avec vue sur la mer et sur une petite plage. Au restaurant bon repas .
Pros:

Bon petit déjeuner avec magnifique vue sur la mer.

Cons:

Les serveuses ont débarrassé tous les buffets à 9h45 (10h heure officielle) nous obligeant à réclamer certains produits ayant disparu !

Un bon positionnement mais sans intérêt
Pros:

Le personnel est agréable, l'hotel est bien placé en bord de mer

Cons:

Les chambres sans grand intérêt, pour notre part une suite sans charme. Le petit déjeuner quelconque, la piscine qui ferme entre 13h et 15h pour traitement, quel horaire invraisemblable !

Gli ambienti ben realizzati (anche se inidonei alla mia bisogna in quanto soggetto in carrozzina).

Cons:

Accessibilità in hotel per soggetti disabili in carrozzina (rampa con pendenza elevata, sicuramente superiore al 15%) nonché bagno piccolo ed non completamente fruibile per chi è costretto su sedia a rotelle.
Faccio presente di avere, in sede di prenotazione, chiaramente precisato della presenza di persona disabile su sedia a rotelle.

CAMERA NON CORRISPONDENTE ALLE ASPETTATIVE

La posizione è comoda e la colazione è stata soddisfacente.

Cons:

La camera che ci hanno riservato non era ASSOLUTAMENTE quella scelta in fase di prenotazione. Abbiamo ordinato una matrimoniale superior che in foto si presentava in stile moderno e rifinito INVECE abbiamo trovato una matrimoniale standard con arredamento e sanitari anni 90. Lo abbiamo fatto presente e ci è stato risposto che le camere non sono tutte uguali quando invece era nettamente di livello inferiore! 230€ per una camera standard anni 90 poco pulita e umida. Rapporto prezzo qualità NON SODDISFACENTE!

Struttura bella, ottima posizione sul mare
Pros:

Camere con splendida vista mare. Professionalità e gentilezza di Sara del centro benessere. Massaggio consigliatissimo, io ne ho fatti due di fila.

Grandissimo potenziale non sfruttato

Bella l'area piscina e la vista sul mare. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

Spiaggia e lettini non puliti, poco chiari gli accessi al mare e l loro chiusura. Siamo rimasti chiusi fuori da un cancelletto che pensavano fosse sempre aperto ( che invece chiudono alle 18), abbiamo provato a chiamare la reception ma non ci ha risposto nessuno. Poi, a fatica, ci siamo fatti aprire una porta che si poteva aprire solo dall'interno. Sarebbe opportuno chiarire accessi e orari.
Inoltre la pulizia delle aree comuni non è all'altezza di un 4 stelle.
