The room itself is great, we have 2 rooms, bathroom is decent. Comfy beds. kitchenette. It all worked out for us since we are only there to sleep and spend most of our time exploring Paris.
No elevator.. will not a gior choice for some one with a bad leg. We have to big luggages and it was hard but manageable. Follow the pictures described. it is the right pictures. The brown door, the front one is always open, then enter the black bars, there is a door there. then walk towards all thebwaybto the silver door. There u need to enter the code. Then the steps begins. Again.. dont book the hotel if u cant get up stairs. 2 sets of stairs. Overall! it was a great stay, close to Gare du Nord.. lots of people in the street but they mind their own business.
I travelled with my family and we enjoyed our stay there. However, there wasn’t enough hand and body soap. I would recommend this to any family who wants to live there for holidays.
The property feels secure. There are quite a few locked doors between the street and your hotel room. This place comes across less like a hotel and more like an apartment building. It has several flights of stairs.
We stayed in two different rooms. One room seemed to have mold in the bedroom. Both rooms had an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Apart from that, the kitchens appeared clean, the bedding appeared clean, the beds were comfortable, the decor was welcoming, we felt safe, etc. The air conditioning worked well. The location was close to the train station and the metro, and there is a carrefour (store) closeby. It fit our needs for one night.
Hotel apartment was nice but buildingbwa
Edificio muy viejo, zona insegura
Its great just bc its close to the station but the entrance is sketchy and bed uncomfortable.
Room very clean, bed comfortable, aircon quiet, great shower, bathroom mirror missing though... Unfortunately, quite a bit of noise from above - a family with small children probably.
The accommodation was lovely but finding the place was difficult. An email was supposed to be sent with instructions 48 hrs prior to arrival but it never appeared in my inbox. It was difficult to get in touch and there is no front desk. There is also no signage on the the building and the address isn't clear as there are many places at the number given. Once we were finally into the apartment it was lovely though. It was clean and comfortable and within walking distance of Notre Dame and some other Big Bus tour pick up points.
The property manager switched our room without telling us so when we arrived, other people’s things were in it and we had to get another hotel for the night because the property doesn’t answer phone calls after 7pm. We tried to contact for a refund the next day and they said it was our fault for not getting the email about switching the rooms. We have not heard from them since. The rooms are nice though but terrible management
The vocation was fine and we were close enough to a metro station to walk there. Getting into the actual apartment was a little tricky. But we made it. This apartment was situated behind an apartment door that housed nine other apartments. The owner manages. The signage on the door read: Science & Psycho. So it wasn’t easy to decipher. This was the place to stay as it looked like a business title on the door. Most of the lights inside our apartment would not come on. We were able to use the lighting on the sides of the bed and under the kitchen counter, but there was no lighting working in the bathroom or coming from the ceilings, even though there were light fixtures Not sure why they were not working. There were at least four doors you had to access with keypads to get to your own apartment door. It was quite a labyrinth. A video would have helped or a downloaded PDF with pictures. The apartment itself was clean and everyone had a nice bed to sleep on and that was our main goal. We only stayed there one night For our own purposes before departing but if we had stayed another night, I would’ve complained about the electricity. I probably would not stay here again for that reason.
Spacious suite with most amenites available. Very convenient location for Gare du Nord. No bathroom mirror & many fixtures were loose despite looking brand new. Not suitable for anyone older or with mobility issues. Suite located on the second floor, no elevator & requiring multiple different key codes to access your suite
Very close (within 5 min walk) of Gare du Nord. Lovely bakery on the corner. Nit easily accessible for low mobility
The stay was great. A really nice apartment that nicely fitted two adults and two teenagers. The area is a bit rough and the access to the apartments takes you through a set of locked door. If you know what you book, no surprises.
Saw some reviews online complaining about noise in the evening and early in the morning. We had none of that.
There is no front desk but staff reached out proactively on WhatsApp to ensure we had all information needed.
Works nicely! Very quiet, well communicated, clean. For four adults no problem. Need more bags for rubbish and toilet paper.
Limited equipment such as cups, mugs... and glasses (not even glass for wine!)... Only one cheap kitchen towel:
Design looks nice and comfy., but just the look.. The piping is falling apart.
The access codes system needs to be reconsidered... with 4 different codes to access the appartement, people manage to keep most of the access doors open, which comes with the risk of allowing access to anybody .
Great location walking distance from the train station and tube! The accommodation is newly refurbished so lovely to stay in, stylishly done. We were in apartment 1 and unfortunately for us the neighbours above us were noisy and their floor was extremely loud so we could hear every single movement and sounded like a stomping.
There are five codes for all the doors to get to the flat which sounds extremely safe but the first two doors to enter the area were never locked to a point that a drunk lady was sleeping by one of them blocking it and we could not get her to move so we had to find an alternative route out as we were leaving to catch our train.
Homelessness is clear problem in Paris in general so ensuring these doors are kept locked seems essential. Despite this we felt safe and I will use this place again if I came back to Paris. .
The location is extremely convenient, the studio ideal for a single person or couple. Everything was new, and the bed comfortable. A quiet oasis next to the station.
