Definitely improvements can be implemented.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness.

Cons:

Room without wardrobe. Highly slippery floor in bathroom. TV without set top box. Car parking area with risk of coconut falling on Car. No restaurant.

Pros:

Location very isolated and lonely. Axis and surroundings were not comfortable. practically empty. people who were doing the work were staying in the premises. we checked in and immediately vacated the room after making payment of the full amount.
