Cabe apuntar que no es un hotel en forma, sino un conjunto de habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias, bien ubicadas y muy bien atendidas.
Spacious room with a nice Veranda.
Noisey, the bed was uncomfortable and not well appointment. Not enough toilet paper, no washer mat, no hand towels nor an extra shower towel.
Nos agrado MUCHO, las habitaciones amplias, muy confortables , muy limpias , instalaciones nuevas , la terraza muy bonita, el que tenga frigobar también indispensable en lugares con mucho calor, muy recomendable además el que te permitan entrar al Hotel Aluxes es genial es como adquirir un 2x1 nos gusto mucho, muy amables y sus desayunos ricos en los Aluxes también.
No funcionaba el jacuzzi de la terraza nos queríamos meter pero como que tenia químicos y no vimos al personal para consultar, también les recomendamos indicar donde esta la entrada porque llega uno sobre la avenida y no se distingue donde es el acceso al hotel , y cuando salimos no encontramos al personal para entregar la llave , pero todo bien solo esas recomendaciones, gracias
Very good location, quiet neighborhood

No complaints at all.
The room was spacious, very clean, modern. The balcony was spacious but on the main road with the view on a school. There was a nice coffee shop in basically the same building, they also had simple breakfast, you can get a great and good value breakfast (eggs, omelettes, toasts...) nearby, the place is called Don Sandwich. The staff was understanding of the issues we encountered but couldn't do much. We would definitely decide to pay more and stay at the main hotel by the lagoon if they had free rooms. The rooftop was nice.
There was an issue with the payment because I paid in advance but their system didn't register it, the staff apologised for the error. There was also bad smell in the bathroom, there is an automated air refresher that helps a little. The location wasn't great. The building is on the main street so if you're a light sleeper you won't be getting good sleep because the soundproofing isn't good. We misunderstood that the apartments are near the main hotel Aluxes by the lagoon. You do get a free access to the facilities of the main hotel but it's located like cca. 40 min away on foot unless you have a car then it's about a 9 minute drive. The center of the city and shops is also a short drive away.
All Exelent. Thank you for hosting us. Very friendly and clean place. On last day we had a trip on a lagun. The check out it’s at 12 and host was so nice to let us leave baggages for longer so we could enjoy the trip and do not worry about. Exelent communicatio. Highly recommended.

Selecting the location was
based on availability and rating, I only truly understood its appeal once I experienced it myself, despite the reviews saying all the right things. The access to the amenities at their other hotel in the bay is a huge plus. The rooftop terrace is fabulous for spending the evening, and the rooms are impeccable. It exceeded expectations.
The property was in a great location and not far from the partner hotel where you have access to the resort on the lake . The restaurant at the resort was very good and staff were very attentive. The hotel is newer and was very clean . There is a rooftop warm tub lol. But refreshing on a hot day .
No staff on site. Poor communications. No restaurant. Remore.
Arrived and at first it felt a little eerie as there seemed to be no one there, eventually we found a lady who gave us our key. Room was big & roomie, very clean, nice dolce gusto machine with 2 coffee pods, 2 bottles of water and a mini fridge. The location is great and we walked into town & back with ease, bought a few beers and headed to the hot tub which we joked was the cold tub.... But it was refreshing when the weather is as warm as it is! We didn't see a soul the whole time we were there apart from the lady who gave us our key, which we loved! Felt like our own private hotel. On the roof terrace there are sunloungers and a large picnic table, great if you're a bigger group wanting to socialise of an evening.
