Pros:

I loved the facilities, everything was well kept. Amazing views and friendly staff.

Cons:

The rooms aren’t protected well from sound, so I was kept awake one night by noisey neighbours in rooms on either side of my room. I could even hear someone’s phone vibrating on silent mode. 😔

Pros:

this hotel worth only if you have booked trip on next morning, not for long staying. Its very noisy. You will hear how all tourist take shower at 5a and then slam their doors. View from pool really cool but no umbrellas and sun super powerful.

The aircon was very weak there was no fridge
In rooms so you can not keep anything cool like water which I think is extremely important in a tropical island I got sick twice from the dinner

The hotel is lovely and staff are attentive but not in the restaurant

Beautiful property

Cons:

No shade over pool area not even an umbrella . Ac in room not working and no fridge provided . Food at breakfast was cold by 7.20am even cooked chicken which is dangerous. Staff at restaurant provided a drinks menu but apart from beer and soft drink could not provide anything else not sure why when there were plenty of staff around just chatting with each other.

Cons:

Barely any hot water, shower head also didn’t work paid for a balcony cave room but upon arrival they changed the description on the rooms so didn’t get the room that I paid for, was told it had a balcony and view, I’m not sure if ide even call it a balcony because it was only a foot wide, no fridge or safe in room, tv didn’t work, uncomfortable towel pillows, food was expensive and pool was dirty
