Overall very good, but unfortunate people next door
Pros:

The facilities and staff were great. Location was awesome

Cons:

Someone next door was screaming all night and it really impacted our stay. We did raise this concern with reception but screaming continued next door throughout the night.

The staff were exceptional. The room was lovely. The hotel was scrupulously clean.

The pillows weren't really comfortable but that was compensated for by everything else.

The staff so very friendly, helpful as new to the tram, train system. The breakfast was delicious and service excellent

Excellent stay
Pros:

The room was good. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows not so much and excellent location to the city.

Cons:

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful both at the counter and during the breakfast
