Acceptable and closed to everything.
Pros:

This is the only issue I had. I was told breakfast was part of my package but was told it wasn’t when arrived at reception.

Pros:

right across the street from Flinders street station. great location with many things in easy walking distance - gallery, shopping, restaurants etc.

Cons:

I like to swim so a pool would have been great.

This kind of hotel should be in the heart of the city
After a night out , was just a bit uncomfortable walking down Flinders st as a single mum with a young daughter

Convenient, comfortable and friendly place to stay for a CBD overnight visit
Pros:

Brilliant and convenient location, comfortable bed, friendly welcoming staff at reception and in breakfast dining room. Love the cookie welcome as always

Cons:

No serious negatives, looking forward to downstairs dining being open again. Breakfast area was a good compromise in the meantime.
