Good, but Could Be Better.
Pros:

The bed and in general the room was well appointed. The location, especially for train travellers, is outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, many of the non-vital items were disappointing. The wifi was extremely difficult to connect with for both phone and iPad. Several trips down to reception where they were very helpful, but it did require the several trips mentioned. The tv proved equally difficult to operate, as did the kettle, which had to be rotated after switching off before fully heating the water. As previously noted, not life threatening failures, but annoying nonetheless, especially when the guest is tired and doesn’t want to be bothering staff all the time.

Excellent very friendly helpful staff
Pros:

The room service delivery of seafood linguini was the best room service meal we have ever had any where in the world !!

Not a bad stay
Pros:

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful and always greeted you

The rooms were nice and clean and the hotel is an ideal location

Cons:

The food. We had tea one night and it was not nice
The breakfast cooked food was not hot, every morning I had to ask for more bread as well for toast
