Smooth check-in with friendly staff. Room was large and had everything we needed for our stay. Strong wifi. Public transport near by.

Our experience with Sebel Docklands was extremely disappointing and far below what you would expect from such a well-known brand.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer experience is not a priority. The staff were not only rude, but also appeared poorly trained and completely indifferent to guest concerns. There was no sense of care, professionalism, or accountability at any level.
The condition of the room was unacceptable. Cleanliness standards were clearly lacking, with visible hairs left in the shower — something that should never be overlooked in any hotel, let alone one operating under a major brand.
What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of support or follow-up. There were no duty managers available, phones went unanswered, and no one took ownership of resolving the issues. Despite escalating our concerns, there was zero communication or care shown from management — including the General Manager — or from Accor themselves.
This experience does not reflect the values that Accor claims to uphold. It felt like no one on-site or within the organisation was willing to take responsibility or genuinely care about their guests.
We strongly recommend spending your hard-earned money elsewhere. This was a horrible experience from start to finish, and one we have now escalated further, including to the media.
