Very central location in a nice area
The apartment is smaller than it appears in the photos, but it was not too bad overall.
everything is conveniently nearby. Woolworths, IGA, free city tram, restaurants, ferry, cafe all within walking distance and a few minutes from the apartment. Very close to Marvel Stadium

Tiny tiny apartment.
Literally couldn’t swing a cat.
I could hardly traverse around the side of the bed to get to the bathroom.
Demanded $500 bond in case of damage to the property.
Well over a week later and they have yet to return the $500.
We cut our stay short and withdrew to stay at Ballarat.
The location and the apartment was great , very good in summer with the shade and trees
Not enough staff working at front desk only 1 person
Close to the tram stop and in the free tram zone. Only a few stops into the city. The tram also went straight to Melbourne Park for the Australian Open which was the purpose of our stay.
The apartment is very small. Very limited space to get around the bed.
Very clean and spacious and great views.
Outdoor pool wasn’t available to all apartments which was disappointing.
