Location as very quiet & easy for public transport
The mattress on bed too hard & the apartment was the smallest one we've had as usually the apartments are very spacious
Location was spot on for our stay. We attended an AFL game at Marvel as part of our stay in Melbourne. Was able to access trams to get around and also enjoyed walking around the area.
The apartment was lovely, well equipped, comfortable beds, good view. We enjoyed our stay.
Expensive parking, but probably to be expected in Melbourne.
Loved the location! Felt safe with two young children! Perfect for walking hiking scooters and very easy access to lots of trams. Parklands, bike tracks, supermarket options and great food. Plus indoor play centres if wet weather.
Location! New facilities with dishwasher and clothes washing when traveling with young kids.
Service, location
Found an used tissue on the floor behind a table
Very central and good views, staff were incredible
The tv in bedroom and living room kept cutting out, the wifi didn’t connect and one of the bedroom doors kept getting stuck
Great location
Location was really good and staff were good
We stayed here with our 2 kids who are under 3 years old, I asked for a 2 bedroom apartment which we got, however it had 4 sets of stairs going from room to room. When I asked for a baby gate for the stairs I was asked why I would need one. I told them stairs and my 1 year old won't mix, to which they said we don't have a baby gate just use your ironing board. It is a good room definitely for adults. But when I booked the room, and ordered a cot plus told them about both kids yet still got this room, it was disappointing.
It was close to the city
That we had to pay so much for car parking. And it was very confusing to get to the car park. And the gates didn't open unless you got out to use the pass.
Great location but noisy at night to be honest from the streets.
The continual noise from the streets at night.
The Docklands location is hard to beat , with easy access to the many local facilities , sporting, culinary and cultural.
Away from much of the noise of CBD accommodation, while allowing simple walking or alternate transport methods to cover the short distancesto inner city venues.
Although not a problem, some advance notification that the 'apartment ' rooms are in a separate but adjacent building would have saved some minor confusion.
Great location
Good price
