Great position on the water but still close enough to the city. Mandi was definitely a highlight of our trip.
Broom, mop and bucket, banister brush would have helped us keep floors clean
The girl on reception Sunday didn’t give directions for parking and did not even engage with us on check-in.
Unfortunately it seemed we were getting in her way as she looked stressed. NO Heartist connection at all. Very disappointing. I asked for a simple phone call when our room was ready but she said just come back at 2pm. The phone did not work in our room.

Unit was fine, it had everything I needed
WiFi was rubbish, fridge was a freezer, oven - I couldn't make it work, there were no instructions for any of the appliances.
How quiet the room was from outside noise and the view.

Easy and friendly check in process, secure undercover parking, great location and many restaurants in the area.
Was expensive but we were in town to see the Formula 1 race.
Great location for our needs and very well looked after property.
Door lock was a little weak, so maybe better lock I n door as didn’t feel 100% secure even tho ugh locked.
Our room was in 1 building, the carpark was in another and the swimming pool was in yet another. Hardly convenient.
The balcony on our room was filthy with rubbish left about including soft drink cans and a cigarette lighter. There were also leaves in the guttering which could add to a fire should one break out.
It was enjoyable!
Difficult trying to find the apartment after check-in. The signs and direction from staff were confusing.
The location was close to trams
Was not what we booked for. 90% of the photos show nice balconies and view of docklands. We were put into a tiny little 4 story part no views. Holes and marks all over the walls, outdated furniture. We payed 440 a night to stay here and we have stayed in much nicer places for less. Also had a 200 deposit we weren't aware of. Will not be returning.

Everything we needed and so close to everything
The condition of the apartment, the treatment from staff when asking for cleaning and the lack of refund for the first night. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The apartment was in poor condition and required an intense deep clean. There was a build up of dust, grin and the silicone in showers has pink mould. Staff were not helpful in solutions. Cleaning was requested after reviewing the apartment. Hotel agreed to send someone that day. No one came. It fell to me to follow up. They sent a cleaner the next day after I followed up several times. She stayed for approximately 15 minutes. This did not make the apartment safe.
