This property is in a perfect location to hike to Diyaluma falls and also surrounding places of interest. The host can also provides excellent meals on request.

Очень приветливые хозяева. Хозяин водит на водопад Diyaluma. Опять, же это очень удобно - не пришлось блуждать самим, или искать проводника. Пошли мы на водопад утром (в 7 утра) - когда еще никого там не было - это был прям большой плюс. Спокойно сделали фото, спокойно посидели на вершине водопада.

La tranquilidad del alojamiento, la comida preparada y la proximidad a las cascadas

Cottage in legno x il vostro soggiorno a Kosala. Il posto è vicino alle cascate di Diyaluma, immerso in un contesto verde e familiare. Si riposa bene il materasso è comodo. Il punto più rilevante però è cenare presso la struttura, un’esperienza veramente di gusto che ci ha permesso di provare la cucina più autentica e di casa. Altro suggerimento è farsi accompagnare alle piscine naturali, un bel trekking leggero che si conclude con uno scenario magnifico sulla valle. Insomma un’esperienza consigliata.

Uitzicht op de waterval. Super aardige host die je graag & heel kundig begeleid bij bezoek aan waterval (kan je ook individueel naar toe, maar met begeleiding is aan te raden), zijn vrouw kan echt fantastisch koken; ontbijt is inbegrepen en diner is aan te raden ;-).

Situació

Una cabaña super bonita, amplia y limpia, con mucha intimidad. Tanto la cena como el desayuno, preparados por la esposa, estuvieron muy ricos y abundantes. Los anfitriones super amables, pendientes de nuestra llegada. Ubicación privilegiada con vistas a la catarata. Todo perfecto.

The view, how clean it was + dinner and breakfast were amazing

Il posto è in una posizione perfetta con vista sulla cascata dal terrazzino. Il proprietario è carinissimo e una guida perfetta sé volete visitare la cascata, per noi lui ha fatto la differenza. Siamo rimasti a cena lì dove abbiamo mangiato uno dei migliori curry in tutto il viaggio.

Beautiful cottage, very close to Diyaluma falls, you can admire them during the breakfast from the balcony and you can reach the top with 10min tuktuk and 30min walking.
Room very clean and delightful. The host were very kind waiting for our check-in at 20.30 and keeping our bags the day after.

Fue increíble, es el mejor sitio para quedarte en Diyaluma. Desde que llegas te hacen sentir parte de su familia. La cabaña tiene vistas a la cascada, agua caliente, ventilador y mucho más de lo que puedas necesitar.

Ella cocina riquísimo, merece la pena coger todas las comidas con ellos. Él es guía y nuestra mejor decisión fue recorrernos la cascada con él, conoce cada punto y nos hizo unas fotos espectaculares.

Sin duda alguna volveremos a hospedarnos con ellos. Muchas gracias familia, ¡ojalá volver a coincidir!

The food the owner makes in the evening is more than amazing! If you stay here, eat in!

We reserved this place to see the diyaluma falls in the early morning (in this period in the afternoon there is too much water). The host has been fantastic! There was an electricity problem that day so he brought has with his tuk tuk to its friend restaurant where we had a very good dinner! Next morning at 6 he took us at the top of diyaluma falls (he is a local guide) explaining things and taking pictures. Back at the accomodation, we had our favorite local breakfast of our trip! Very good and very abundant. Very good experience and very good time there!

Really great spot, so close to the waterfall, the owners were so nice, made us dinner and breakfast which was amazing!!

Comfortable accommodation, love the cabin style. The hosts are lovely, I would highly recommend their curry dinner, it was delicious, best we’ve had in Sri Lanka and we’ve been travelling for 3 weeks!
