Schönes Hotel, freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück. Kommen gerne wieder.
Es hat alles gepasst im Hotel.
4 Tage Kappadokien und leider kein einziger Ballonflug- war ein Hauptziel dieser Reise. Dessen muss man sich bewusst sein. ( zu viel Wind ). Das war schade - ein Grund mehr um wieder zu kommen . Ganz bestimmt wieder in das Motif Art Cappadocia ❤️.

Room was super clean, large and comfortable. The hot tub was so worth it! It was very warm and a great size, the free bath bombs were a nice touch. The breakfast was so good and changed day to day. The location was easy to get to and close to everything, including a 5-10 minute walk to the bus station.
Our bathroom door didn’t close completely and the WiFi kept going in and out.

This is an excellent place, the breakfast is great with plenty of variety and quality food. The staff is great and helpful, rooms are spacious and well maintained with good cleaning, bed is comfortable. The location is very good, just a 5 minutes walk from downtown and 1-2 minutes walk from restaurants and cafes. I recommend 100%.
Overall everything was great, no areas of improvement.
Only thing to mention is that there was a power outage in the town for about 3-4 hours, the hotel had a generator but it was not working at the moment, I know this goes beyond the hotel power nevertheless for business continuity purposes it would be good to have a regular check to the generator to ensure it is in good condition for those type of situations.
Motif Art Cappadocia in Göreme is the perfect example of how a boutique hotel can easily exceed expectations and deliver a true five-star experience in every sense. Its seamless blend of traditional stone architecture, meticulous attention to detail, and local art makes it a unique gem.
The design and decor are absolutely flawless. Having the opportunity to enjoy an excellent breakfast with an impressive variety of food—capable of satisfying even the most discerning tastes—on the terrace while watching the hot air balloons, what more could you possibly ask for?
However, I must highlight their out-of-this-world dedication to their guests. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Mustafa and the hotel owner (my apologies for not remembering his name) for their incredible care and professionalism. While at the airport for our return flight to Istanbul, I realized I had left my wallet, passports, and cash inside our room safe. Both of them went far above and beyond their duty to help us, ensuring we didn't miss the last flight of the day to Istanbul—which, thanks to them, went perfectly smooth.
Thank you all so much for such a wonderful stay and for the very special moments that we will now cherish so fondly.
L’hôtel était très propre, meublé avec goût et composé d’équipements modernes. Le personnel était sympathique et chaleureux. Nous avons l’occasion de croiser le directeur qui était très gentil aussi et nous a fait la conversation. Auprès de l’accueil vous pouvez demander à laver 1 sac de linge pour l’équivalent de 13 euros. Le linge vous ai retourné propre, sec et repassé dans la journée c’est un vrai atout ! Par ailleurs, la piscine extèrieure est chauffée donc nous avons pu nous y baigner fin octobre. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et varié (offre sucrée et salée). Ce séjour a clairement dépassé nos attentes, allez-y les yeux fermés, nous recommandons vivement !

Our room was spacious and comfortable, we loved the view, the heated pool and the good breakfast. We particularly appreciated the kindness of the staff who even offered a generous surprise present to my partner who had his birthday during our stay.

The hotel is clean, new and beautiful. The staff is very professional and friendly. The breakfast is amazing. The hotel has a rooftop and balcony to see the fire ballons. We saw the balloons from our balcony and it’s a great experience. This is our best stay !

- Wonderful staff and management. They offered their recommendations on what to do and where to eat in the city. I also had a seamless experience arranging a day tour through them. One employee in particular I’d like to highlight and show my appreciation for is Mustafa. He was very friendly, helpful and patient with me and the other guests.

The room was quite warm during the night and we couldn’t open the balcony as it was on the ground floor. The aircon was set to a warm setting so we couldn’t use it.
What a fabulous boutique hotel in an excellent location in Goreme, where you can also get some peace away from the crowds. It is the only hotel on our ten day trip that had a clean heated pool that we could actually enjoy and the outside spa bath in our room was fantastic overlooking the pigeon valley.
The bathroom was sparkling clean, modern and spacious.
The staff were also so helpful and friendly. This hotel was excellent value for money, super clean and very comfortable.

Uns hat es dort sehr gefallen. Direkt am Eingang des Ortes gelegen, mussten wir nicht lange durch enge Straßen fahren oder lange nach einem Parkplatz suchen. Auch fußläufig zu einem guten Sonnenaufgangsspot. Das Personal hat uns noch viele Tipps gegeben und war immer ansprechend. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.
