Outstanding value for comfort, quiet and privacy. Enjoy real Kerala hospitality and town life at Cozy Homes!
Pros:

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The house is magnificent, the apartment is private, clean, (completely) quiet, comfortable and very spacious. And dark at night - a seeming rarity in India. The location is ideal for the night before flying out of Cochin - or right after arriving. But you’ll want to stay longer on account of the extraordinary hospitality. It’s a fine place to relax and enjoy a small Kerala town, with friendly shopkeepers, nearby temples and beaches, and a good metro connection to Kochi in nearby Aluva. The hosts exemplify southern hospitality, from careful communication (and check-ins to see how I was coming along with the transportation) to help with getting to the airport. When I failed to return home at night as expected - and with a phone not fully working - the host actually came to town, found me (perusing the ice cream freezer at one of the (many) bake shops there), and whisked me back on his motorbike. I didn’t make use of the kitchen, but if I were staying a few days - with family or friends - I would have really settled in and cooked up some of the fine looking local produce.
