Pros:

Le cadre tellement reposant... , la qualité du petit dej et des plats en general, les services de la masseuse faty, les conseils de Pierre sur les visites de marrachech.

Déçus , on s’attendait à un niveau supérieur

Lieux, beaucoup de potentiel

Cons:

Manque de propreté au niveau des draps et linges. Le hammam ne fonctionne pas, c’est une chambre chauffée-dommage. Pas de possibilité de commander des boissons /cocktails/mocktails au bord de la piscine et de pouvoir avec quelques snacking car l hôtel se trouve à 30 min de Marrakech donc vaut-il mieux manger le matin . Avons le sentiment que le jardin est bien entretenu mais pas d’investissement au niveau des chambres et services clients . Dommage au regard du potentiel du domaine . Lors du petit déjeuner, il est surprenant de ne pas pouvoir avoir de fruits hormis le jus d ‘orange .

Lovely hotel, but a bit basic considering the size. All the staff were lovely and very helpful.

Lovely big gardens and accommodation. Very pretty and quiet. Staff super helpful

Cons:

Only thing is pool (according to info on here) is supposed to be heated. It was not. Very cold. So kids didn't swim much at all. That's was disappointing. Food could be better. They don't have sufficient facilities to offer much. However they are very helpful and happy to make simple things if requested. A bit limited but ok.

Très joli endroit ….avec une très jolie architecture typique marocaine et un jardin luxuriant avec citronniers et oliviers - le tout autour d une piscine de rêve
Un personnel adorable et les petits déjeuners étaient copieux
Les dîners du soir -sur réservation- étaient absolument délicieux avec une cuisine locale parfaitement maîtrisée
Nous avons pu profiter de massages très relaxants et faits avec compétence et gentillesse
Nous avons profité avec Pierre d’une foule de conseils pour les visites à faire
Le seul bémol est la distance par rapport à la ville
Il faut compter environ 30 minutes en taxi pour rejoindre marrackech
Amateurs de paix et farniente je vous recommande cette adresse très cosy pour décompresser et savourer une parenthèse dans votre vie

We loved it here. The pool is stunning and the bedrooms are gorgeous. The staff are so welcoming and kind. We had a wonderful stay and left feeling very relaxed!

Excellent accueil, personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Cusine locale savoureuse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et le magnifique jardin, idéal pour un séjour reposant et ressourçant. Très bons massages sur commande. Belle piscine. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréables. Tout le domaine a été construit dans le respect des traditions architecturales et artisanales marocaines, c'est très réussi. La prochaine fois, nous louerons une voiture pour nous rendre plus facilement à Marrakech à environ 30 minutes et visiter la région sur les bons conseils de Pierre !

Tout est parfait dans cet établissement !
Pros:

Tout est parfait dans cet établissement et les hôtes sont vraiment au top. La décoration est magnifique, au milieu des citronniers, et chaque meuble est choisi avec beaucoup de goût. On s’y sent immédiatement bien. Je recommande, et déjà hâte de revenir.
