La gentilezza e la cortesia del personale

Definirlo un 4 stelle mi pare molto esagerato. Pulizia approssimativa, deterioramento della struttura, vaschetta del bagno in continuo carico , uno "strano" odore presente in tutta la struttura, pareti della stanza non proprio linde, a mio parere lo farebbero classificare come un 2 stelle.... ovvio, era il prezzo più basso della zona, ma visto la situazione, lo ritengo eccessivo.

Bel hotel a 2 passi da Cento. Mi son trovato bene. Un ristorante Cinese Japanese con tanta scelta. Colazione in camera.

Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci hanno dato una camera molto grande, addirittura con due letti matrimoniali (quando avevamo prenotato solo un letto). Ci hanno chiesto cosa volevamo per colazione e ce lo hanno portato in camera la mattina dopo puntualissimi. L’orario di check in é stato flessibile in base alle nostre esigenze. In camera avevamo aria condizionata e televisione

camera molto spaziosa, pulita, dotata di tutti i confort, letto comodissimo

per me che dovevo fare visita a i parenti lì vicino era comodissima. La colazione buona e completa
