I like it because it is accessible from all locations. The host is also accommodating, and the amenities in the condo are complete, which is quite convenient.

The place is okay to stay and there’s two table to use.

The room has a good view. The bed is also comfortable enough to sleep. The internet and netflix were good.

You can feel the aircon but not so cold even the number is already low. But not so hot..

Pros:

Unfortunately, we didn’t get to experience staying at this property. I booked a room for my son and his friends late in the evening around 10 p.m. through Booking.com, and the booking was accepted. However, when they arrived at the hotel, no one answered any of the contact numbers provided. It took quite some time before we were finally able to speak with someone. When we did, we were told there was a duplicate booking, one through Facebook and another through Booking.com, and that no room was available for them. They also couldn’t provide an alternative accommodation, so my son and his friends had to wait in the reception area until midnight.

Thankfully, with the help of some friends, we were able to find another room at the same building.

The only positive side was that the hotel processed a partial refund right away without hesitation after I requested it.

I hope next time, the management ensures that their contact numbers are reachable and that their booking system is properly synchronized across different platforms to avoid this kind of issue in the future.

Overall stay was great. My niece did enjoy the pool and even met new friends. The unit is simply neat and kodus to the owner for being so accommodating. It's near city mall and the ruins.🥰

🤩🤑 MOST AFFORDABLE& SPACIOUS CONDO UNIT IN BACOLOD
Pros:

Very friendly and accomodating owner, complete kitchenwares and appliances.

Bed is very comfy, it has pull-out bed as well. Aircon is not noisy. This unit is well taken cared of by the owner.

There's netfix and internet is very fast and stable.

THE BEST ❤️👌🤑 worth every penny, Ill surely be coming back here with family again 😇
