Creo que hoteles debería aclarar que esto no ee un Hotel. Es un air&bb. Si vas con gente mayor y maletas es muy incómodo. No hay elevador. Las escaleras estas angostas. Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado y la gente no respondió ni ayudó. Bueno. En si no hay gente en la prioridad. Solo un teléfono que no contestaron. Cumple para dormir o si no te importa subir escaleras y dormir con calor. Eso si está limpio el lugar. Ruidoso por los locales donde tienen fiesta.

Everything was great, the location was perfect!

Esta en una buena ubicacíon, el mercado esta al costado por lo que puedes ir a desayunar comer o cenar a un precio accesible . El departamento esta lindo y con todo lo necesario. En el que nos quedamos el aire acondicionado parecia tener poca potencia por lo que tuvimos que tenerlo encendido en todo momento , aún asi en las noches estaba fresco.

Arrival was only wonderful in that they kindly were communicative from the moment I reached out after needing to find a last minute spot for my last night in Playa. They kindly allowed me to "check in" right away (before noon). From there it sadly went down hill. The place isn't obvious thus not simple to find. The entry walk to the door of the building has no ramp nor pavement. Its just rocks w/ some stepping stones. Luggage needs to be dragged and lifted. Entrance is a tight area and the sad reality slaps you right after getting my 2 suitcases, carry on and back pack squeezed in, that there's NO ELEVATOR! And worse yet, 2nd floor isn't the next level up, it's TWO flights up. If you're lucky enough to travel light and thus u relatively easily make your way to your unit, you'll be greeted by a lovely space. The apartment is as pictured. Sadly however, there are no windows and the glass door to the bird poop-laden, otherwise empty balcony, is frosted, thus allowing minimal natural light in but fear not!! It does however allow plenty of sound in so you will get to enjoy the loud music from the Youth hostel /bar across the street as well as any traffic that may pass by.

The property was close to a supermarket and lots of restaurants. The apartment was beautiful and had air conditioning, which is a must if you come to Playa del Carmen. The host was very helpful and quick to reply, we will come back for sure.

Excelente lugar, limpio y tenía todo lo que se necesita. Solo sugiero que no usen pinol o limpiador para el piso con aceite, ya que estaba resbaloso y puede ser peligroso.

For the price this space was a good option. The finishes are nice and the bed is firm, which my husband liked but it was a bit too firm for me. We enjoyed having breakfast across the street at a mom and pop cafe called La Guajira. They had fresh juice and generous portions. There are three off-street parking spaces for the condo complex but they weren't always available. You have to be sure to pay for street parking at the pay booths or they will put a boot on your car. The door locks were tricky but we got the hang of them after a while. Overall this was a good spot.

Great property and deal. A few blocks from the beach and just far enough off the touristy track to be chill without being out of the way.

The manager Beto was very responsive and helpful. The place is really amazing! It looks like the pictures and has a lot of room in the apartment. Areas around have a lot to do and the beach is close by. Would highly recommend!

The design of the space is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully put together, making it feel both stylish and comfortable. The fast internet was perfect for working remotely, which was a huge plus. I also really appreciated the housekeeping and laundry services – it made my stay even more convenient and stress-free. Overall, it's a fantastic spot, and I would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located in the town center and walkable.
The condo was the perfect size and everything was clean. WiFi was very strong for remote work. Check in was fast and easy, and the instructions were clear.

This apartment was so cute, even better than the photos! it had everything we needed and more, even a safe and bathrobes! It was easy to get into, a quick walk to the beach, and was beautifully decorated. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you!!
