Great views, close to the action
Pros:

The location, close the action. Comfortable and spacious rooms, some of them with a great view.
The building has character.

Pros:

More appearance than substance. Typical wooden style, in keeping with this beautiful town. Nice: free parking opposite the building. Naturally, it is very close to the harbor, well located, and quiet because there is little traffic in this small town.
Otherwise, however not very special for the advertized ambition (see homepage): no breakfast offered (we found a great café), mediocre beds, far too few power outlets, which were also in the wrong places, a refrigerator (empty) that constantly turned on and made annoying noises, a small TV, and a house with thin walls.
It's no surprise that the staff didn't care: who comes back to Lunenburg anyway?

Restful stay in a great location
Pros:

Great location and rooms were wonderfully furnished, We spent a restful night after driving and touring the area. Restaurants were nearby and attractions was a short walk. Free parking was available in front of the hotel- a key feature since parking can be difficult. Overall, a great stay!

Cons:

It would have been perfect if breakfast was available but there several restaurants and bakery were nearby.

Elegant Hotel and conveniently located
Pros:

The location is perfect, gorgeous place and everything is clean. There is an elevator which is great.

Cons:

Room was really small for the price. :(

Entspannt & problemlos
Cons:

Im Grunde genommen nichts, aber einige Bemerkungen konnten nützlich sein.

Es hat kein Kleiderschrank gegeben, nur eine kleine, freistehende, Garderobe was für Jacken ausreichend war. Das ist nicht optimal bei einem 4-nächtige Aufenthalt! Leider waren die verfügbare Schubladen teilweise mit Kopfkissen vollgestopft.

Das Hotel bietet überhaupt kein Frühstück, was nicht bei den Buchung offensichtlich war. Das stellt kein Problem da weil es ausreichende kleine Restaurants innerhalb 300 m gibt, die Frühstück anbieten.

Die Zimmer an die Strassenseite sind morgenfrüh etwas vom Verkehrslärm bei offenen Fenstern gestört. Auf die andere Seite mit Meerblick wahrscheinlich ruhiger aber etwas teurer. Lunenburg ist aber ein sehr kleine Stadt und deswegen generell ruhig.

Das Bett war gut, hat aber kein Stauplatz für Koffer darunter deswegen haben unsere zwei mittelgrosse Koffer viel Platz im Raum genommen.

Great hotel to visit, can imagine the charm in the summer months!

Friendly check in & check out! Room was very cute and cheap . Everything we needed for a one night stay was there. Location was great, parking was easy, lots to see on the walk around town.
