Schöne und geräumige Zimmer, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Essen.
L'établissement est assez récent et bien placé. La décoration est jolie et le personnel accueillant. La chambre est de très bonne taille.
La literie est malheureusement de mauvaise qualité, je me réveillais avec un mal de dos incroyable. La chambre est belle et grande mais mal agencé. J'avais un frigo dans la chambre, mais qui ne fonctionnait pas malheureusement. Bref, des critiques que j'espère constructives parce-que il ne faut pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait.
Very comfortable bed and pillows! Very spacious room with lots of shelf space and a long table!
Windows covered by mosquito nets, and I did not see a single mosquito around!

The water in the 3rd floor comes and goes in pulses, so showering needs some "planning" ;)
Also, in the bathroom, there is a small damage in the mosquito net in the bathroom window.
Very friendly and helpful staff, large and clean room, good shower, bed is fine. The breakfast is carefully prepared and very tasty (fresh orange juice, bread, fruit, omelette, coffee). The restaurant serves food in the evening, too. The club sandwich was good. The area is ok, with various places to eat at walking distance (from 5-15 minutes).

Water pressure and temperature inconsistency. They changed my room, and the issue still persisted. Seems to be an issue in the building.
High noise levels can be heard from the floors above.

Our stay was comfortable. The room was spacious; the bathroom was with a shower corner that was separated by a glass pane from the rest of the bathroom so as not to wet the whole bathroom (which is not standard in all Mauritanian hotels...).
On leaving the room after the first night, we noticed that the room door did not lock: from outside, one could open the door without using the card. There was no way to lock this door... We informed the hotel staff and were told that this was not a problem because nobody would enter our room... (inshallah!)... Later, staff told us they had contacted a repairman but the problem persisted until our departure... No repairman came...
Amazing breakfast! large and clean, nicely designed room.
The meal timing should be adjusted. As per the signage the breakfast is served between 7:00 and 11:00 am, which means that staff comes in at 7:10 and nothing will be served until maybe 7:30 (we had to leave to the airport at 7:45, and waited at the restaurant since 7:00).
