Pros:

The centre of the tourist Area, It's little bit inside of the main road. But easy to access the visiting places. Very good AC.

Cons:

Poover service, Small toilet, very congested place, water was very slow, morning time no water then stuff open another room there have very bad water. I never recommend this low budget rooms.

Not at all worth for the money charged
Pros:

Near to famous tourist places.

Cons:

Poor infra inside room. Not worth for the money charged by hotel.
Very hard mattress, poor quality blankets, no TV, not enough space for walk inside room.

We stay here everytime we come to Port Blair. The place is nice, clean and in a good location.

Pros:

Good hotel in the center of port blair. The room and the bathroom were clean and a towel was provided. A late check-in was possible, quick and the staff friendly.
Quick walk to eateries, harbour and city center.

Cons:

The bed was very hard.

Disappointing experience - won't go back
Pros:

It's close to the centre. airport and ferry terminal are easy to reach with taxi in about 10 minutes

Cons:

It was filthy, the rooms smell mouldy and the ac is barely working. We saw 4 different rooms and all were the same. The ac was not putting out. If you want to splurge in a family room, the ac unit is bigger in there and works better. Lots of mosquitoes and no mosquito nets. But plugin mozzie repellent provided.

Cons:

Bed was very hard. Feels like wood bed while sitting and sleeping.
Bathroom also not hygiene.very small room and room surrounding also un hygiene.Very local area. For 1200 rupees per day it's not worthy without breakfast.

We loved our stay and returned for a night on our return journey.
Pros:

the best part was they have a separate dining room with all the wares. So we could order food through Zomato/Swiggy. We also booked all our ferry tickets and excursions through this hotel.
