Pros:

The location was good and the staff's behaviour was good

Cons:

Tap Water isn't clean. Room size is small as per price and minimum amenities were not provided

Its more like a lodge, dont accept rooms beyond first floor

Staff are good. Helpful. Polite. They patiently listened. but they are helpless.

Cons:

I have booked a family room. I informed my arrival also. But they allotted me 2 rooms on 3rd floor, no lift. My family separated and stayed in the two rooms for one day. After one day they changed my room to the family room which is in first floor. The bedsheets and other clothes are not at all good in the 3rd floor. TV not working. AC not working in the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor is totally filled with we clothes on the ropes in the corridor. Bathrooms are ok.

Cons:

Room was on 4th floor with no lift. WIFI doesn't work in the room. The room and bathroom needed cleaning.

A wonderful stay with a great room, warm hospitality, and genuinely lovely staff!
Pros:

The hotel staff were very friendly and happy to help us with everything. Check-in was easy, and everyone was incredibly hospitable. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great room and genuinely lovely people!

Cons:

We had some trouble with the AC remote, but the staff replaced it as quickly as possible. I’d recommend checking the replacement remotes as well, as the new one also stopped working after a while.

Worth for money
Pros:

One of the best budget stay in port blair. 1km from phoenix jetty and 3km from Airport. Customer too good.. Must stay here
