Pros:

Staff were very helpful, and the check-in was easy. Comfortable room with AC and hot shower. A breakfast was offered, but I didn't try it. The hotel is not in the center of town, but close enough to walk in. Cheap Tuk Tuk otherwise. A functional establishment, without a lot of glamour.

Cons:

Not the prettiest of buildings, but for the price I paid it was good value!
