Message for the Chellal Ouzoud Hotel
Pros:

I recently spent a five-day stay at Hotel Chellal Ouzoud, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff, particularly the owner, for their exceptional hospitality. The ground-floor facilities are very well equipped, and I thoroughly enjoyed having a traditional Moroccan tea or a freshly prepared espresso each morning.

Furthermore, I greatly appreciated the convenience of the complimentary private parking located right next to the hotel, with spaces consistently available. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Idrissi, a remarkably warm and friendly young man who provided attentive service throughout our stay. Finally, I am deeply grateful for the owner's gracious understanding when I unfortunately misplaced my room keys.

Thank you once again for making my visit so memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend your establishment.

1) Pas de frigo
2) Miroir sale
3) Évier très sale
4) Évier tout fissuré de partout et ça bougeait à chaque qu'on se l'avait les mains heureusement qu'on n'avait pas des petits enfants ça aurait été dangereux
5) Étagère en bois dans le coin en rentrant dans la chambre à droite à côté du lit de deux personnes bougeait quand on déposait un truc dessus elle bougeait dans tout les sens
6) la peinture du plafond s'écaillait
7) le lustre tenait avec du papier collant
8) le WC n'était pas fixé correctement, on a failli tomber à chaque fois
9) il y avait une grande fuite dans le WC à chaque fois qu'on tirait la chasse
10) pas de verrou à la petite fenêtre dans le WC
11) il manque un morceau de bois au dessus de la porte de la petite salle de bain
12) il y'a qu'une clim dans une chambre dans la deuxième chambre il n'yen avait pas
13) il y'a un grand trou dans le mur à côté de l'évier

La ubicación y los gatos.

Cons:

El señor de la radial a las 12:30 de la noche en el local de enfrente, la música del pueblo hasta las 4 de la mañana, la cucaracha (no la canción), las chinches del colchón (más de dos en la cama son multitud), la cisterna que no funcionaba bien y el aire acondicionado inexistente.
Por lo demás, todo bien!

Per una scappata veloce e per i meno schizzinosi.

Accoglienza marocchina, giardino meraviglioso, pieno di frutta, personale gentile disponibile, appena ha qualche minuto a piedi dalla cascata, comodissimo per visitare Ouzoud

Cons:

Le camere erano veramente piccolissime, ci hanno proposto di cambiare camera per averne una con il condizionatore, io ho rifiutato e mi hanno portato direttamente in camera un ventilatore ovviamente gentilissimi come la solita accoglienza marocchina, purtroppo la pulizia era molto discutibile e se siete schizzinosi di sicuro, non potete dormire sopra quelle lenzuola, per chi vuole fare un viaggio con zaino in spalla e si adatta allora qualità prezzo ottima posizione ottima ma bisogna chiudere, non un occhio ma ben 10, pulizia scarsissima, 1 asciugamano per due, non c’era nemmeno la carta igienica in bagno, abbiamo usato i nostri fazzoletti…. Più che altro la pulizia…. Inesistente, ci si adatta ma insomma le lunzuola macchiate da altri anche no…

Luidruchtigheid, heb amper kunnen slapen je hoort aales op de hal mensen in en uit de kamer
Deuren worden hard dicht gegooid
De gastheer was vriendelijk en jonge jongen die ons ontbijt serveerde
Dames die aanwezig waren bij de receptie, keken je aan of je een wezen was geen mens
Ze groeten niet verbaal als non verbaal
