Pros:

Did not get to stay long enough to find out.

Cons:

We booked a room for five people. We were checked in, unpacked in our room. But they deactivated our cards and told us that we had too many people in our room. That it was a fire code violation. I told them that I was never told this at check in. They Knew how many people were there. (I did not lie and tell them I had 4, I told them I HAD FIVE) They stated I needed to pay for another room which is BS since this was their mess up. They then offered a refund, but I explained to them, we may not be able to get another room since the ren faire is in town. I have not met anyone colder and less caring than the people at Courtyard. They simply did NOT care, No Empathy no Sympathy. Just leave, stop bugging us. We had to REPACK our stuff and leave. Luckily, I got a refund almost immediately.
In the little time I was there, I found this hotel to be greedy. They CHARGED FOR EVERYTHING! PARKING costs 10 WIFI is only free if you want slow internet and the toilet paper is SUPER THIN! They didn’t even have to decency to call me or come to talk to me. Instead, took the COWARDLY way out to deactivate my card.

Cons:

For almost 200 for night there should be a small breakfast provided.

I barely got any sleep because it sounded like the people upstairs were moving the beds around all night.

The shower was open. It was cold taking a shower.

It was a nice weekend, perfect hotel, nice restaurant inside, great places to eat nearby!! Definitely will stay again!

We will definitely be returning the next time we come to town.
Pros:

The location of the hotel itself was great, we safe. We appreciated that you had to have a key in order to go upstairs and to get into the back door. You can tell the hotel care for it’s guests safety. We also enjoyed a short walk to local restaurants.

Cons:

Our view was obstructed by equipment, so we could not see our vehicle from our room, though we parked right in front of it.

Pros:

Zimmer sehr komfortabel, ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Bad sehr modern, Gym nicht zu klein (hat eine gute Auswahl)

Die Flure sind zu kalt (Klimaanlage)

Pros:

I felt safe especially since I was traveling alone. The staff were welcoming and kind. The rooms were so clean, and I finally got a good night of sleep. Anytime I am staying in Billings I am staying here.
