Pros:

The roo. Was nice but it took 3 tries. The first roo. Was hit and stuffy and the window would not open. I was offered a room with a/c for 60 pesos more. The roo. Was nice but something was wrong with the t.v. finally the 3rd room was fine. Everything worked. Bathroom was beautiful and bed was comfortable. TV was very nice and had apps like netflix and YouTube.

Cons:

I did not like that I paid for 2 people but when I tried to enter my room with my guest I was told by the 3rd shift clerk that my guest could not go to my room because he didn't have ID. I felt I was singled out because later I observed a woman checking in while her guest remained in the car. After she checked I they were both able to go to the room with out the other guest being asked for id. I understand policy, but they need to be implemented fairly to every one.

Tijuana center stay
Pros:

Very good and convenient location . Steps away from Avenida Revolucion. oxo store around the corner open 24 hrs . Pharmacy , restaurants and street food just steps away . If you don't mind the noise and loud music until 5 am there's is a top newly renovated rooms with big windows and awesome views to main street . Staff and cleaning crew are very polite .

Cons:

Small room was more afordable but no windows and some have no fridge no fan or AC .

Pros:

I liked how the female individual at the front desk behind the glass gave me great customer service. She had dark hair as well. I like how she responds when you have an issue with the room and is very nice and compassionate with our needs and services. I strongly recommend giving her a raise in her paycheck.

I absolutely love the professionalism of the entire staff, always on point and pleasant, actually amused and happy, extremely secure, quiet, privacy, where I was able to think thru the corporate structure I'm working on for lamanya ministerial and the diangeloz Preisthood I have been establishing for the last 7 years, within the realm of my influence, I love the super giant bed the biggest I,ve ever slept on, the never ending hot water that relieved the stress as it breaks down the knots in my shoulders, meaning excellent water pressure and always the hottest water, which i must say is extremely hard to find around here, well yeah it is, extremely private seriously, and the excellent restaurant next door where i was able to have an amazing meal with my commanding officer, don quxote, the brave

Lo único rescatable es la ubicación y la limpieza.
Calidad precio y ubicación, ¡excelente!

Cons:

Pésima atención, si bien la recepcionista es amable, es muy lenta para atender, se acumulan los huéspedes en recepción debido a lo lento que es el proceso de la entrega de las habitaciones.
Son muchos escalones, por lo que no recomiendo que se hospeden si llevan mucho equipaje.
Tampoco me gustó que deba de dejarse la llave de la habitación, eso también hace que se pierda tiempo, hay que esperar a que el guardia o la recepcionista se desocupe para entregarte la llave, algo estresante cuando uno llega cansado y lo que quiere es descansar, no esperar a que lo atiendan.
En las imágenes se afirmaba que me tocaría una habitación remodelada. Sin embargo me tocó una de las anteriores, deberían especificar eso para evitar la decepción.

La atención a sis sus clientes y que no me gusto que cuando hide la reservación la rente x noche 25 dólares y ahí me costo 6 o8 dólares más

Nice receptionist. Location and price were decent.

Cons:

Lousy internet signal from 3rd floor and room was inside without a windows so it was claustrophobic. A fire evacuation occurred my 2nd night and I desire a refund or credit for another day.
