Fantastic view of Mt Fuji
Pros:

We stayed in the Japanese style room with onsen and Fuji view. It was a beautiful, huge set of rooms with a fantastic view. The lady who checked us in was really helpful and made our futon beds up for us while we went to dinner. The hot spring bath was amazing!
We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and breakfast (both charged extra but worth it). There is a shuttle bus available to the hotel from the train station but we used taxis which were not expensive.

We could see the Mount Fujidirectly from my room it was a good stay

Unbelievable views, rooms and onsen
Pros:

Incredible view from the property even when it was cloudy. Faculties were 10/10, everything done to an amazing standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the room with the private onsen and for the time we were there it felt like we were living in luxury

Perfect facility, staff from Sri Lanka is very kind and have a perfect level of English!
