Pros:

View from the room is unbeatable and the hotel has been built to maximise this. Spacious room and the lounge is really nice for relaxing in. Staff were very friendly and helpful in every aspect.

Cons:

The furnishings in the room and bathroom are a bit dated but are still perfectly functional and comfortable.

I bath twice everyday. it's a nice outdoor onsen, with beautiful view.

Un séjour magnifique et nous y reviendrons.
Pros:

L'hôtel offre une vue panoramique sur le mont Fuji (depuis notre chambre, le restaurant, la halle, l’onsen …), vraiment magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est de façon française et délicieux. J’ai cru comprendre que l’eau de l’onsen est naturelle, en tout cas, c’est très agréable et très douce.

Cons:

Un peu loin du centre de ville ( commerces), mais ce point a été récompensé largement par son entour très naturel et la belle vue magnifique sur le mint Fuji.

Pros:

Staff was kind and supportive. Room view was breathtaking also room was clean and comfortable in general.

Cons:

Location is not easy to access. We were using public transport and to reach the hotel was hard unless you do not take a taxi or have private car.

アップグレードして頂いて広々したお部屋で
とても良かったです

Cons:

起きてる時は気にならなかったのですが眠る時に
クーラーの音が凄く煩くて眠れず消しましたが
朝方暑くて目が覚めましたそこが残念でした
