Terrible staff service at this location.

Cons:

We waited at the front desk for over 40 mins and was never waited on. We stopped a laundry lady and asked her to call someone to the desk so we could check in, still no one came!!!! We left! Terrible customer service.

This hotel is beautiful inside and out, Stafford very friendly and the breakfast was awesome!! I have already told all my friends about this beautiful hotel

It was good.
Pros:

Location was good, bed was comfortable, shower was great and good water pressure. AC was wonderful. Staff was friendly, and the price for the room was good. Overall stay was great. Thank you.

Cons:

Checked in late and asked if I could do a late checkout the next day if I changed my mind and the guy that checked me in said sure, it won’t be a problem, just call down to the desk before 10:00 am, so they can leave a note. I do exactly that the next morning and explained all of that and the lady I spoke with said it was not possible because that was a higher traffic day? Maybe, just a bit better on communication, overall everything else was wonderful and I would still stay again, pay for a late checkout up front with reservation next time.
