It was good.
Pros:

Location was good, bed was comfortable, shower was great and good water pressure. AC was wonderful. Staff was friendly, and the price for the room was good. Overall stay was great. Thank you.

Cons:

Checked in late and asked if I could do a late checkout the next day if I changed my mind and the guy that checked me in said sure, it won’t be a problem, just call down to the desk before 10:00 am, so they can leave a note. I do exactly that the next morning and explained all of that and the lady I spoke with said it was not possible because that was a higher traffic day? Maybe, just a bit better on communication, overall everything else was wonderful and I would still stay again, pay for a late checkout up front with reservation next time.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the convenience of the hotel! It was also clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately we did experience a leak in our room that forced us to need to switch rooms mid-trip. It was a bit of a hassle packing up our belongings and moving them to a new room on a moments notice.

There was an event or something going on at the neighboring building that shares a parking lot with this hotel. It was almost impossible to find parking when we arrived.

Overpriced for what the room was
Cons:

Listing said there is a restaurant and bar. There is no restaurant at all. Just the standard, self-serve free breakfast at today's economy hotels. The bar consisted of a small area next to the breakfast area- with ~ 10 bottles of liquor. However, no tonic or club soda and no vodka or wine. I was offered a coke to go with gin instead of the tonic I requested. Almost funny but I like to have a cocktail at the bar at the EOD. This was a total misrepresentation.

Location is basically a older hotel that renovations have started on. Partially finished. It was ok, but probably would not stay there again

The woman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful.
