Sonder The Broughton

We were locked out of our property for hours. Codes and doors would not work and sonder would not answer any calls. Had to have the cops come, who couldn’t help either. Unfortunate and we will not be staying with sonder again!

Not a dislike , just an observation.
Since the building is old.
The floors creak with can be disconcerting in the first couple of days.

Restaurant behind loud opening every morning, employees emptying trash and talking between 6 and 7am. Appreciated the ear plugs. No kurieg coffee maker. Reservation stated 109 but it was for 216 broughton was confusing. Some one smoking weed in the building every day.

Needed a little more room in the bedroom to get by/around the bed.

Back door was locked down with sign unusable which made elevator use with luggage unavailable. Lampshade crushed. Parking pass online unclear so was charged extra day because we checked out and got to parking lot one hour after it expired.

The dyer was broken.

There were bed bugs and we were full of bites after the first night. I called and texted the Sonder staff to get another room. They were suggesting we could check out and look for another hotel and they would waive the cancellation costs. But they did not provide another room in the same facility or another hotel. Very very disappointing!

Pas facile d'entrer en contact avec quelqu'un du support en cas de question. Il semble y avoir personne du personnel dans l'immeuble quand on y rentre

Difficult to figure out door code. No lobby or reception area

The instructions for entering the main door were unclear. There were instructions on the apartment door but not on the front door. It took several tries and assistance from someone coming out to figure it out. The back door was supposed to lock and never did, the elevator had a code but it wasn't required for use either. The floors creaked and the walls were thin so when our neighbors had a 4 hour phone call (at normal volume) until early morning hours, it sounded like they were in the bathroom with me. Parking outback wasn't for apartments, the garage was a walk away and not included. Spent $75 on parking for my 4 day 3 night stay.

L’absence de parking et aucune information claire et précise sur le discount dont nous pouvions profiter sur le parking.
L’envoi de plusieurs messages avec des codes d’accès différents. Un seul et unique envoi serait opportun.

Das einzige, dass man bemängeln könnte, war das Ausziehbett, dass durch das Konstruktionsgestänge sehr unbequem und daher fast unmöglich zum Schlafen war.
