Location
Pros:

The location in the forest is amazingly beautiful and relaxing. Integrating this hotel into this location required design and execution excellence.

Impressive picture windows. Good air conditioning.

The long steep walk up. The hotel has prepared for people who don't value the steep walk with a shuttle Tuk Tuk and a cable car

Cons:

The staff were a little stiff.

Warm beer. Being told that if I want cold beer I need to use ice cubes in the glass

A restaurant which while purportedly open has the lighting extinguished and the staff cloistered elsewhere and only available by WhatsApp

The restaurant is too cramped.

Many broken fitting. And some painful. Food was not good
Served me uncooked chicken.
Food poisoning now.
Pool had sharp edges.
Finger trap opening door.
Swing chair dangerous.
One step at top of stairs much smaller than rest. Easy to miss.

Pros:

Wir haben ein Zimmer-Upgrade kostenlos erhalten und hatten ein wundervolles Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick! Es war wundervoll!
Das Frühstück war auch gut und alle Wünsche wurden einem erfüllt. Das Resort ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! 🥰

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage kühlt sehr stark, sodass wir diese in der Nacht ausschalten mussten.

Great staff and they assisted with everything we needed!
Beutiful place!

All in all the staff were lovely we did rafting which was amazing and a cute atv ride.

Cons:

A bit hard with all the stairs - i would recommend going on the lower cabanas so you have fewer stairs, even if the view is nicer above

Will recommend to anyone. We stayed in the apartment that slept 4 very comfortably in our own spaces with own ensuites
Pros:

The staff were amazing. The accomodation was way better than expected including that in the remoteness we had warm showers and air conditioning. Dila was amazing. He looked after us and ensured we were always comfortable and helped where and when needed. To all the staff, you made our experience exceptional. Way past expectations. Most comfortable beds I have had in accommodation. Very clean and refreshing.

A really nice place with lots of potential to become quite heavenly with a few small additional touches and trimmings.
Pros:

The hotel is surrounded by forest and thoughtfully built to create a sense of privacy in nature. The staff service is 100/10, and everyone was very respectful, considerate and helpful. They really care about their work and their guests, which is a lovely experience to have. All of the basic comforts were available. The food, although a limited menu, was quite tasty and the portions were generous.

Cons:

The room we stayed could benefit from small improvements. There was no hairdryer as advertised, there was no drinking water in the room (which was immediately provided on request, though), the carpets smelled musty when we first arrived (however the staff provided us with an air freshener when this was flagged) and the bathroom walls had some mould. The bathroom could also have some amenities provided such as shampoo and shower gel, for the price paid. All in all, little things that could make a difference to guest comfort. The hotel can also invest in building a proper dining area, and expanding their main meal menu.

Not the fault of the hotel, but during our stay there was a group of very noisy guests, whose loud behaviour upset the peacefulness of the property and impacted our experience. Perhaps some strong rules on guest code of conduct would help mitigate this.

It’s beautiful for a relaxing night away, that’s enough.
Pros:

It wasn’t what I expected. It’s a beautiful place and the rooms are amazing, they even gave us a better view however it’s not quite ready for western travellers.

They don’t have a bar however happy for us to bring our own wine and kindly sold me a nice red for cheap.

The actives are expensive and even to hike cost 40 euros.. I like to solo hike personally so this really confused me, the food was good and the staff go above and beyond but they seem young and maybe a little untrained.

Breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

The pools don’t get any sun and it also was a bit isolating

Super großes und schönes Zimmer. Die Anlage hat super viel Potential, sehr ruhig und toll im Grünen gelegen. Die Aussicht war toll!

Cons:

Die Atmosphäre war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man parkt auf einem Fabrikgelände und wird dann vom Personal abgeholt. Alle waren super nett, aber haben leider fast kein Englisch gesprochen. Es waren fast keine anderen Gäste da und alles wirkte noch etwas in den Startlöchern.

Es ist absolut traumhaft gelegen, mitten im Grünen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da kann man das nicht so gute Englisch von einigen Mitarbeitern gerne übersehen. Sie machen es mit viel Eifer und Freundlichkeit wieder wett. Die Zimmer sind der Hammer! Und das Essen ist absolut fabelhaft!!!
Wir können dieses Jungle Ressort nur empfehlen.

Mooi kleinschalig tijd resort in bosrijke omgeving
Pros:

Mooi kleinschalig resort op een hele schuine helling waardoor het privé huisje boven op de helling erg lastig te bereiken is en een kleine beklimming van 2 minuten op een niet for hard bergpad vereist. Huisjes zijn vanbinnen schitterend en ook het uitzicht en het kleine zwembad zijn prachtig. Zwembad is relatief klein waarvoor een verfrissende duik meer dan voldoende. Het hotel was iets onder bezet qua personeel waardoor de manager ook in de keuken werkte en ook de drankjes moest bezorgen waardoor bestellingen allemaal wat langer duurde.

Cons:

gelegen op schuine helling dus lastig begaanbaar voor mensen slechter been. Iets meer personeel zou het nog comfortabeller maken om vanuit je huisje te bestellen helemaal aangezien naar het restaurant lopen nogal lastig bewerkelijk is op de schuine hellingen. Het eten in het restaurant was perfect ruim aanbod.
