Pros:

Super großes und schönes Zimmer. Die Anlage hat super viel Potential, sehr ruhig und toll im Grünen gelegen. Die Aussicht war toll!

Cons:

Die Atmosphäre war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man parkt auf einem Fabrikgelände und wird dann vom Personal abgeholt. Alle waren super nett, aber haben leider fast kein Englisch gesprochen. Es waren fast keine anderen Gäste da und alles wirkte noch etwas in den Startlöchern.

Cons:

Die zeitliche Vorbestellung der Mahlzeiten funktionierte nicht. Zweimal mussten wir jeweils eine Stunde auf das Essen warten.

Pros:

Es ist absolut traumhaft gelegen, mitten im Grünen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da kann man das nicht so gute Englisch von einigen Mitarbeitern gerne übersehen. Sie machen es mit viel Eifer und Freundlichkeit wieder wett. Die Zimmer sind der Hammer! Und das Essen ist absolut fabelhaft!!!
Wir können dieses Jungle Ressort nur empfehlen.

Mooi kleinschalig tijd resort in bosrijke omgeving
Pros:

Mooi kleinschalig resort op een hele schuine helling waardoor het privé huisje boven op de helling erg lastig te bereiken is en een kleine beklimming van 2 minuten op een niet for hard bergpad vereist. Huisjes zijn vanbinnen schitterend en ook het uitzicht en het kleine zwembad zijn prachtig. Zwembad is relatief klein waarvoor een verfrissende duik meer dan voldoende. Het hotel was iets onder bezet qua personeel waardoor de manager ook in de keuken werkte en ook de drankjes moest bezorgen waardoor bestellingen allemaal wat langer duurde.

Cons:

gelegen op schuine helling dus lastig begaanbaar voor mensen slechter been. Iets meer personeel zou het nog comfortabeller maken om vanuit je huisje te bestellen helemaal aangezien naar het restaurant lopen nogal lastig bewerkelijk is op de schuine hellingen. Het eten in het restaurant was perfect ruim aanbod.

La struttura si trova dietro ad una fabbrica, camminata scomoda in mezzo alla giungla per raggiungerla. Accessi struttura e cura del verde da migliorare.

Pros:

I liked the final location, on a hillside in the jungle. Room was very clean and comfortable, nice bathroom, hot water, minibar/fridge, big private veranda. Staff were friendly, brought meals to us and otherwise left us alone.

Cons:

We arrived in what looked like a small industrial zone and had to climb quite a few steps up to the hotel but the guys met us and carried our bags up. We were unfortunate to have people in the room above us playing TV at full volume until after midnight.

Beautiful resort with incredibly friendly staff.
Pros:

We had a fantastic two-day stay at this beautifully designed mountain retreat. Tucked away in the hills, the hotel has a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere and stunning views all around. Our spacious and spotless room came with a balcony overlooking the valley—perfect for relaxing in the comfy hanging chairs.

The pools and bars were great, and although there are a few steps to climb, it’s absolutely worth it. The staff go above and beyond—they carried our bags and were so kind and helpful that we joked they’d probably carry us up the stairs if they could!

The outdoor activities arranged through the hotel were also well organized and a lot of fun. We’ll look back on our time here with nothing but great memories. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Everything was great, but if I had to mention one small thing, the pool water could have been a bit warmer.

Unwinding in Nature's Tranquility
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful nature resort. The surrounding was serene and beautiful, and the hotel is an example of eco-friendly architecture, thoughtfully constructed to preserve the surrounding environment while offering a perfect balance of comfort and sustainability.
They offer quad bike rides and hikes, and we thoroughly enjoyed the quad bike ride. The staff was very nice and helpful. Had some issues with some guests being a bit loud and the staff handled it very nicely.

Cons:

The check in process needs to be a bit more professional and welcoming.
Though we booked a mountain view the view was a bit underwhelming.
The room floors were wooden, and the rooms were not soundproof, so we could hear the steps the noise of the people in the upper room and that was a bit disturbing.
It would really help maintain the serene environment if the resort could kindly put up a notice reminding guests to avoid using speakers or making loud noise in common outdoor spaces or mention about that at the check in. This would help everyone enjoy the sounds of nature that make the place so special.

Pros:

The crew, rooms, surroundings, food, Everything is 10/10.

Cons:

The path from the main gate to the rooms is a bit adventurous, but it’s fun. Once you enter through the main gate, you’ll need to walk the rest of the way up to the top of a hill. It’s about a 10-minute walk, but the crew will carry your bags and belongings, so there’s nothing to worry about.

Forest canopy retreat. Good for one night.
Pros:

The accommodation set amongst the forest canopy was really nice. The room was very comfortable. Perfect for a one night stop on the way to somewhere else.

Cons:

The arrival experience wasn’t good: You enter the hotel via a light industrial complex. Walk up a steep and uneven stairs and past some construction work before arriving. The location isn’t good, but as I said- good for a stop on the way to somewhere else.
