Perfect for a stop over night for a long trip.
Pros:

this is a typical local hotel and along the main road to the South of Thailand. This is not really a place to stay for holiday. Every room is like a little own house with private parking area. Everything worked and was clean. The price value relation is more than just ok.

The staff, and especially the owner, were extremely nice friendly and helpful! the room was large and quite.

Cons:

It a road side hotel. BUT! its next to a beautiful national park and way off the beaten road of travelers. we enjoyed a true Thai expireance

Very clean overnight stay on our way north, spacious and nice with the carport. Comfortable bed and great facilities.

Cons:

Riceporrige (Congee) breakfast was good, but if you are late then the toppings might be a bit scarce.

Simple motel, ideal stopover on your journey North or South through Thailand, great value, good staff.
Its not a court yard view it's a garden view, I was tierd after driving sat drinking coffee in the pleasent garden.
