A gem with an outstanding restaurant
Pros:

Charming, well appointed hotel a little out of Bolzano. Very comfortable bedroom, superb, knowledgeable and helpful staff and a fabulous restaurant. Great bathrobes and towels for the pool.

Cons:

Traffic on the main road across the valley is pretty audible, but wasn’t intrusive.

Superbe expérience. La situation de l'hôtel permet de très belles randonnées.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner buffet très varié, copieux et délicieux. Restaurant délicieux, terrasse très agréable ; chambre très confortable et calme. Le personnel était très accueillant, professionnel et prévenant et ils font le maximum pour parler français.

Idéal comme point de départ pour faire le lac de Carezza

L’accueil et le parking souterrain et le petit déjeuner bien complet

Cons:

Chambre 302 à éviter se trouve à côté de l’ascenseur donc très bruyant ainsi que la climatisation bruyante

מקום מקסים ושקט בקצה בולצ׳נו עם נוף מדהים ובריכה.
חדרים גדולים ומרווחים מאד. הכל מתוחזק בצורה טובה .
יש מסעדה מעולה במקום שפועלת גם בערב .

Cons:

חבל שאין להם שיתופי פעולה עם אטרקציות באזור. מעבר לזה הכל היה מעולה .

Geweldig mooi hotel en vriendelijk Personeel. Komen zeer zeker een keer terug.
Pros:

ontbijt was overweldigend en het Personeel erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

We waren naar ons volgende verblijf we hadden alles afgehandeld en betaald maar dan komen ze een paar dagen later met bonnetjes waarvan ze niet weten bij welk hotelkamer die hoort.
We hebben iedere keer ons hotelkamer genoemd.
Dit vonden wij heel vervelend dat ze dit achteraf vragen.
Ik vind dat ze zelf de adminstratie goed bij moeten houden.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles war sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker. Es ist direkt eine Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel.

El desayuno es espectacular, inmejorable.

Las instalaciones son muy acogedoras y están cuidadas.

Cons:

Que me hicieron pasar una tarjeta de crédito aunque el alojamiento ya estaba pagado, sólo porque había reservado a través de Booking.

La ubicación es demasiado citadina para estar en la naturaleza y queda algo apartada de rutas de trekking, pero tampoco está en el centro de Bolzano

La habitación no estaba lista en la hora del check-in.
