Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The hotel was very clean, and our room was cleaned every day.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food, and we especially liked that there were different hot dishes every morning. The room had everything we needed, including a kettle and a hairdryer, which was very convenient.

Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The breakfast was different every day, with a great variety of delicious food. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again

Je recommande cet hôtel pour le rapport qualité prix ainsi que l’accueil du personnel.
Pros:

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans l’établissement, l’emplacement est très bien, facile d’accès vers les lieux à visiter.
L’accueil et la sympathie du personnel font la différence lorsqu’on est dans un hôtel et Mourad ainsi que son équipe se sont montrés très accueillant et bienveillant. Après une longue journée Mourad nous demandait comment elle s’était passée et constamment nous demandait si on avait besoin de quelque chose. Ça réjouit le cœur. Merci beaucoup

Cons:

Le seul bémol est qu’il faudrait changer les draps à chaque passage de la femme de ménage, ça n’a pas été fait tout le temps.

Wonderful
Pros:

A wonderful experience! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything.

Some people mentioned the breakfast negatively, but we completely disagree. This was our fifth time in Istanbul, and we have never had such a rich and varied breakfast before. A perfect 10!

We also booked a day trip to Sapanca through the hotel so we wouldn’t have any issues with other agencies, and everything went exactly as expected.

The biggest advantage is that the hotel is very close to the train station. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Istanbul.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. My room was spotless, quiet, and beautifully maintained throughout my visit. The location made it easy to get around, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place.

De hygiene, de medewerkers die zo aandachtig en lief waren en de locatie

De locatie was fijn in de buurt van alle bezienswaardigheden maar er is een bar beneden waar veel geluid vandaan komt

الغرف صغيرة جدا والاسرة صغيرة والافطار جدا سي ومحدود الفندق لا يرتقي لل4 نجوم والله والله نجمه كثيره عليه وارجوا من بوكينق اعادة النظر في تقييم هذا الفندق والتحقيق في ذالك لان هناك خداع في التقييم

الاسرة كانت غير مريحه جدا ومتعبه للظهر وكذلك البطانية غير موجودة فقط شرشف للغطاء 7 ليالي لم يتم التنظيف ولم يتم اعطاء المياه الفندق لايوحد به عوازل الصوت يسمع ومزعج بين الغرف
