Fantastic accommodation
Area is typically Huddersfield great buildings but have been left to rot, but new builds give hope.
Nice modern apartment with comfortable beds, clean and spacious.
Kitchen appliances were also nice and effective.
Good communication with the staff!
Also received deposit back.
Communication was clear with helpful instructions. Came with little amentities such as hairdrier, iron and ironing board. Quick to respond to issues.
Place feels run down with lots of small issues such as blinds not opening properly or bedroom door not staying closed

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was modern, spacious, comfortable, clean and well located, secure parking.

We have amended our review due to the customer service we experienced after our stay.
Unfortunately, we left a bag behind when we departed. While this was entirely our mistake, we contacted the property as soon as we realised. We were sent a photograph confirming the bag had been found and were told it would be posted to us at our expense, which we agreed to immediately.
After waiting two weeks and receiving neither the bag nor any update, we arranged to collect it ourselves. A collection date and time between 11am and 3pm was agreed via messages and we have proof of this agreement. We travelled to collect the bag, arriving at 1pm, only to find nobody there.
When we queried this, we were told that we had not called to arrange collection, despite the arrangements having already been confirmed by message. We provided evidence of the agreed date and time.
It has now been over a month since our stay and we are still without the bag. This is extremely disappointing. Had this matter been handled professionally, we would have been very happy to recommend the property, as we genuinely enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the poor communication and lack of follow through regarding a simple issue have left us with a very different impression.
A lovely old converted mill with modern and clean apartments. The apartment had all of the equipment we needed to make dinner and breakfast, a lovely hot shower, comfortable beds, and was nice and quiet at night. The mill is located right next to a lovely section of canal for a walk. This apartment could brilliant with just a little bit of maintenance.
Although modern and well-equipped there were plenty of damages and problems on arrival. Both blinds were broken so no way to lift them and let light in, the window lock handle was broken so we couldn't open the window, and one kitchen cupboard was smashed to pieces inside, and the bathroom mirror light didn'twork. Finally, we got 3 of 4 heaters working but the living room heater seemingly would not switch on. Really disappointing as this damage lets down what would be a lovely good value apartment.
Also, after booking and paying I was hit with £100 damages charge. This has been quickly returned but I do not expect to pay £100 on top of the booking fee for any apartment. Ironic then that damages appear to go unfixed.
