The location was excellent very close to the city center.
The price could had been better. Bathroom needs better cleaning inside the shower.

No hay parqueo,no vi seguridad,solo vi a la teseccionista en el hotel nadie q cuide la instalación,estar subiendo escalera con maleta y mas ese tipo de escalera para un hotel no lo vi apropiado,mal estado abanico no había jabón....

Great location and price. They did my laundry for free!
Great location a 20 minite walk from the bus station and a few minutes from town centre. The staff couldn't have been more attentive, asking if we wanted free coffee water, room cleaned etc. The room was modern with a fan and the bathroom had hot water and free toothpaste, razor etc. There was a lounge area with great views over the town . Some of the rooms don't have a window but we were shown a selection and chose one with a window for the same price.
No breakfast but free coffee. There is also a great coffee shop on the corner of the same block which does a selection of breakfasts at a great price with coffee included.
Location is in the center and there are plenty of places to eat close. One staff member was very helpful and offered ideas for an excursion. Room and common areas were clean. View from sitting area was beautiful.
After 2nd day the Bathroom had very bad smell. Another staff member was unable to process credit card transaction and advised we pay cash. Fortunately two days later another staff member was able to process credit card payment. 2 flights of spiral stairs were difficult for caring luggage. Staff never offered clean towels or to clean room in 4 night stay. Male staff member was always using telephone and had to be interrupted if you needed assistance.
