We had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
Pros:

We stayed at Golemi Lux as a group of 14 people in 6 rooms. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The hotel has a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The owner was always available, very friendly, and ready to help with anything at any time. He also helped us organize transportation for our group, which made our stay much easier.

Cons:

The only downside was the construction of a large new hotel in front of Golemi Lux, which blocked the sea view from our room.

A wonderfully comfortable , close to the beach, hotel with phenomenal staff.
Pros:

The property was clean, quiet, air conditioned and was in an excellent location. Our room had a beautiful corner balcony. Hotel staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as relaxing as possible. They were also wonderful with the children (8,8,9).

Cons:

Parking was tricky but staff helped as required 🙂

Cons:

The entrance to the building is dark and scary cause the light goes off when no one is there and it take few seconds of movement before it comes on, should be advertised as an Airbnb not an hotel. There’s construction work going on opposite the property and it gets noisy day and night. Had trouble finding the property, took me almost 2hours before locating the property, kept asking people for directions and there’s no sign post to tell you where the property is located

Leider kein schönes Erlebnis zum Abschluss unserer Reise

Das Zimmer war groß und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet.

Cons:

Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Bereits die Anreise gestaltete sich schwierig, da die Unterkunft nicht an der Hauptstraße liegt und nur über einen versteckten Hinterhof erreichbar ist. Einen Aufzug gibt es nicht, sodass man das vierte Stockwerk über ein sehr heruntergekommenes und wenig einladendes Treppenhaus erreichen muss.

Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden direkt gegenüber ein oder mehrere Hochhäuser bzw. Hotels gebaut. Der Baulärm durch Presslufthämmer war tagsüber äußerst störend und die Aussicht entsprechend wenig attraktiv. Dadurch war es praktisch unmöglich, den Balkon sinnvoll zu nutzen.

Auch das Gebäude selbst machte keinen vertrauenswürdigen Eindruck. Die Böden auf den Gängen waren teilweise uneben, sodass man sich nicht besonders sicher fühlte. Auffällig war zudem, dass während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts kaum andere Gäste zu sehen waren.

Besonders ungewöhnlich war der Check-in-Prozess: Es gab keinerlei persönlichen Empfang. Der gesamte Kontakt erfolgte ausschließlich über WhatsApp. Vor Ort trafen wir lediglich eine Reinigungskraft, mit der aufgrund fehlender Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse keine Kommunikation möglich war.

Sehr irritierend war außerdem die wiederholte Aufforderung per WhatsApp, den Zimmerpreis am Ende des Aufenthalts bar auf dem Bett zu hinterlassen. Da die Unterkunft bereits über die Kreditkarte bezahlt wurde, sind wir dieser Aufforderung selbstverständlich nicht nachgekommen. Nach unserer Abreise brach der Kontakt vollständig ab. Dieses Vorgehen wirkte auf uns äußerst unseriös und hinterließ ein sehr ungutes Gefühl.

Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft weder unseren Erwartungen noch den Angaben, die wir aufgrund der Buchung erwartet hatten.

Teleurstelling
Pros:

Netjes opgeruimde kamer.
- Vriendelijk en aangenaam schoonmaakpersoneel.

Cons:

- Bouw van een enorm appartementencomplex naast het hotel zorgt voor ochtendgeluid.
- Extreem lawaai van verkeer en uitgaansleven op straat aan de overkant op elke moment vd dag/nacht ( getoeter- geroep)
- Ontbijt werd aan de overkant genuttigd; beperkte variatie en waterachtige koffie.
- Bij navraag over verse koffie moesten we extra betalen.
-communicatie omtrent opties bij klachten schoot tekort.
- Ontbreken van duidelijke maatregelen tegen geluidsoverlast en beperkte oplossing bij klachten.
- Ontbijt dat beloofd zou zijn op de dag van vertrek om 6:00 uur,werd ons ’s nachts ( nacht van vertrek) bevestigd via sms
dat er geen ontbijt voorzien kon worden. Dit verschil tussen beloften en feitelijke uitvoering was teleurstellend.
- bij het verlaten vd kamer, ging elektriciteit uit, hierdoor konden onze dranken niet gekoeld worden.
- glazen of iets dergelijks waren niet aanwezig.
