Teleurstelling
Pros:

Netjes opgeruimde kamer.
- Vriendelijk en aangenaam schoonmaakpersoneel.

Cons:

- Bouw van een enorm appartementencomplex naast het hotel zorgt voor ochtendgeluid.
- Extreem lawaai van verkeer en uitgaansleven op straat aan de overkant op elke moment vd dag/nacht ( getoeter- geroep)
- Ontbijt werd aan de overkant genuttigd; beperkte variatie en waterachtige koffie.
- Bij navraag over verse koffie moesten we extra betalen.
-communicatie omtrent opties bij klachten schoot tekort.
- Ontbreken van duidelijke maatregelen tegen geluidsoverlast en beperkte oplossing bij klachten.
- Ontbijt dat beloofd zou zijn op de dag van vertrek om 6:00 uur,werd ons ’s nachts ( nacht van vertrek) bevestigd via sms
dat er geen ontbijt voorzien kon worden. Dit verschil tussen beloften en feitelijke uitvoering was teleurstellend.
- bij het verlaten vd kamer, ging elektriciteit uit, hierdoor konden onze dranken niet gekoeld worden.
- glazen of iets dergelijks waren niet aanwezig.

Pros:

Es ist eine Hoteletage, die auf ein Wohnhaus aufgesetzt wurde, aber okay. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus, war in dem Fall super, da vor dem Haus ein neues, großes Hotel gerade gebaut wurde.
Man checkt hier komplett ohne realen Kontakt ein und aus. Alles läuft über WhatsApp, aber es funktioniert. Für uns ungewohnt. Frühstücken kann man in einem nahegelegenen Restaurant.
Betten bequem.

Alles super! Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles sehr sauber. Genug Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche verfügbar, nach Bedarf können zusätzliche Handtücher angefordert werden. Lage top. Strand und Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Balkon mit Meerblick perfekt!
