Брала это отель из за локации и бассейна, по прибытию, сказали что бассейн не работает, ни какой рассылки не делали, скидку не сделали. Бронирование бесплатно отменять не хотели! Сразу переехали в другой отель

Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes, äußerst freundliches Personal bei einer super angenehmen Kleinhotel- Atmosphäre mit hoher Professionalität.
Das Frühstück ist wirklich klasse und es gibt super Kaffee an der Frühstücksbar.

We stayed at the FRANKFORT Expo Hotel and I can honestly say it was simply superb, superb, superb!
The rooms are just amazing — very clean, very cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything feels fresh and well-maintained, and you can tell the hotel truly cares about its guests.
The kitchen deserves special praise — the food is wonderful, delicious, and served with love. The kitchen staff are wonderful people: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Every meal was a pleasure.
And I especially want to mention the restaurant on the third floor, on the roof — I highly recommend everyone to visit it! The food there is very, very tasty, and the people are especially pleasant, always ready to serve you and make your visit perfect. I truly recommend that everyone have lunch and dinner at this hotel's restaurant. If it gets cold, they even give you blankets — it is so cozy and the atmosphere is wonderful. And the prices are very reasonable, not high at all — excellent value for such quality.
Another special place worth mentioning is the pool — it is deep enough, very clean, and a real pleasure to swim in. And the sauna and the Turkish baths are simply atmospheric — the heat is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the whole wellness area is a special, pleasant place to unwind after a long day.
And the staff — all of them, without exception — are incredibly courteous, kind, and responsive. Whatever we needed, they were always there, ready to help with anything, with a smile and genuine care. It is rare to meet such a welcoming and professional team.

The whole atmosphere of the hotel is warm and cozy — you feel at home from the very first moment. Everything is organized, clean, and done at the highest level.

Pros:

Чисто, уютно, место тихое, соотношение цена/качество просто шикарное. Персонал вежливый и внимательный, мы заселялись в 3:30 утра, сотрудник был умничка! Завтраки великолепные! Если снова приеду, то только сюда.

Отличный отель. Очень хороший номер для стандарта, убирают, меняют полотенца и дополняют гигиенические наборы, воду, каждый день. Персонал очень дружелюбный и говорят по русски, даже молодёжь). Очень достойные завтраки, на любой вкус, каши, супы пюре, горячее, сладости, много фруктов. Да, и в номере утюг, и гладильная доска, что для нынешнего времени большая редкость, многие отели исключают сейчас эту опцию. 10 из 10. Сюда хочется вернуться. Удачи и благополучия отелю и всем, кто создаёт эту домашнюю атмосферу!
