Staff is good but a room location ruined everything and I am annoyed.
Pros:

Rooms were clean. Spa service was available.

Cons:

A window of my room was in the pool avenue. It was impossible to refresh an air in my room. In addition humidity of the pool was felt in my room. The guests swimming in the pool were very noisy and I could not sleep. They began swimming early morning at about 7.00 AM. I was very tired and nervous whole day.

Если отель улучшит завтраки - цены ему не будет)
Pros:

Отель новый, ремонт и интерьер отличные, при этом цена маленькая)

Cons:

Единственное «но» - это завтраки, они действительно скудные, но и цена за них соответствующая)

Pros:

Великолепный отель! Персонал на ресепшене все проблемы решает быстро! Спа можно отменить на отлично, бассейн большой и чистый, есть сауна и хамам! Девушка, массажистка профессионал, массаж просто привел в норму и снял усталость. Огромное спасибо за предоставленный комфорт!

Cons:

Жаль нет хотя бы маленького садика с деревьями.

Свежий современный ремонт, есть чайник и холодильник. В ванной удобная душевая кабина, шампуни и гели в наличии. Воду пополняли ежедневно.

Cons:

​Расположение: Далеко от основных достопримечательностей и станции метро. Пешком добираться 20 минут до ближайшей станции.
​Заселение и сервис: Приехали в 12:30, ждали заселения в холле.Т.к.парень на ресепшн сказал,что номера ещё на уборке,и заселение после 14.00. В 13:30 приехала большая группа туристов, которых заселили мгновенно, а про нас просто забыли, хотя мы сидели прямо перед ресепшном. Было очень жарко, но элементарно воды никто не предложил.
​Завтраки: Изначально очень скудные — не было ни сливочного масла,ни йогуртов,ни творога. Только на третий день, после моих замечаний, появились сливочное масло,хлеб для тостов и т.д.Жаль, что сервис «включается» только после жалоб.
​Несмотря на хороший ремонт, возвращаться не хочется.

Этот 4* отель, недооцененный 5 *
Pros:

Отличный отель, постельное белье, полотенца, чистота, все педантично, спорт зал крутой оборудован Matrix тренажорами,

Cons:

Ресепшен не был готов заселить к раннему заселению, только с доп оплатой, оставили чемоданы, но приехав к 15.30 наш номер не был готов, попросила заменить на другие номера, согласились нехотя … но осадок остался,
На сл день , разрешили позднее выселение к 14.00, но уже другой сотрудник( милая девушка)
И завтраки очень скудные, творог отсутствовал , хотя месяц назад был, и хлеб только тостовый и белый

Der Spa-Bereich ist relativ gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig, und ein einziger Kellner für den Frühstücksservice war eindeutig nicht ausreichend.
Der Geschäftsleitung würde es nicht schaden, das Konzept der Bar zu überdenken und die Getränkeauswahl zu erweitern, an der man ebenfalls gut verdienen könnte.
Die Auswahl an Getränken war ziemlich dürftig; außerdem gab es weder Cola noch Eis.
