El trato del personal es excepcional, muy atentos desde la persona de limpieza como de la encargada Vero todos muy amables el hotel muy limpio, quizá el único detalle es que en el desayuno no dan tolerancia de iniciar unos 2 minutos antes, de ahí en fuera todo es extraordinario

The rooftop infinity pool is not safe for kids, since the infinity part goes stray down 4 floors and curious kids would be inclined to climb the wall to explore.

Excelente servicio y localización
Pros:

La atención es excelente, la localización también.

Queda a pocos minutos de la playa y es lo suficientemente lejos para no estar en el gentío turístico.

Los cuartos son muy comodos, el desayuno también esta bien.

Me hospede en dos oportunidades y realmente volveria.

Los empleados todos muy amables y atentos.

Mariela- nos espero a check in despues de las 11pm con previo aviso

Lupita- atendio almuerzo limpio y organizado. Un dia de alto viento nos dijo pueden comer aqui o en el cuarto. Comida sabrosa. Ajua Muy amable

Veronica— nos saludo y ofrecio tips de regresar al aeropuerto.

Todos los empleados enfocados y amables. Hotel 5 estrellas.

Pros:

Las habitaciones y el hotel en general estaban todos a nuevo, el ascensor todo muy bien presentado, como si lo hubieran inaugurado una semana antes.Habitacines relativamente pequeñas pero con todo lo necesario para el confort, incluyendo un pequeño pero práctico escritorio. Contaba con cafetera y tes. Para bebidas frescas habia una heladera en recepción. Tb yhabía de noche disponibilidad de agua hirviendo y cafe.

Cons:

No es que no me guste, pero el desayuno muy bueno pero muy americano, faltaba pan o croissant , manteca y mermeladas. Pero igual era abundante y rico.
