How do you call it a hotel?
Pros:

Bath towels not clean, stinky
Breakfast horrible.
Not all staff were courteous
Demanded more money than shown in app ,
Though hotel was able to show in their application rs 289 more.
The online application for payment was not working
The physical copy of receipt was not identifying GST no.
The invoice that I received is not showing my GST no.

Breakfast horrible… this is outsourced, should not be included as the hotel’s inclusions.

Not very okay to give me physical receipt of money. When insisted, they gave. But not maintaining carbon copy. They took photocopy and gave to me. I said I need original. They kept photocopy. The receipt was not showing my gst no. NO SYSTEM of controls.
The invoice that I received yesterday is not identifying gst no… ???
