Pros:

Value for money and the apartment was big for a small family to stay. Good!

Cons:

The toilets need to be cleaned properly and the smart tv can't be connected with the hotel wifi.

Pros:

The stay was acceptable for one night since it was a last-minute trip back to my hometown, and most homestays were fully booked. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby convenience stores. That’s about it.

Cons:

The cleanliness was a major concern. The room was quite dusty, especially along the walls, which seemed like they had not been cleaned before check-in. Even the bed had visible dust.

During check-in, I was also asked to pay an additional RM50 deposit and RM3 tax. I questioned this, as I had already made full payment through Booking.com, and there was no prior mention of any extra charges or deposit requirement.

Overall, the experience could have been better with proper cleanliness and clearer communication regarding additional fees.

the facilities provided is value for money, not less and not much.
