Pros:

Много ми харесаха просторните стаи, персоналът беше изключително вежлив и приветлив, чистотата беше на ниво, доплатихме си и хапнахме и на вечеря на блок маса и сме изключително впечатлени от приготвената храна.

Cons:

Не съм особено впечатлена от ала карт ресторант и то единствено, защото се наложи за чакаме пилешка супа 30 минути, а минути след като изнесоха нея, донеса и поръчаните от нас пържоли, което не беше логично, а на въпроса дали може да се видя с готвач, за да ми обясни какво точно се готви на супата за 30 Мин., сервитьора ми обясни че от кухнята са помоли за извинение, защото били в намален състав и обслужвали и басейна, което реално никак не интересува гостите каква е тяхната организация и колко персонал са налични. Също така мисля че баните имат нужда от реновиране, както и общите части в хотела, защото са много тъмни.

Οι πισίνες είναι απίστευτες, περίπου 10 πισίνες με διαφορετικές θερμοκρασίες, τζακουζι και σαουνες. Εντυπωσιακές.
Το πρωινό πολύ καλό και άφθονο
Η τοποθεσία και ο καθαρός αέρας.

Dusekot e tvrd,sega ima kvalitetni memori foam??? Za takov Luksuzen hotel treba vakvi duseci !!!!
