Great hotel
Pros:

I liked the different facilities.Pools, spa and resturant. The staff was very friendly. It is a bit far from the main street and the gondola but it has a free shuttle service.

Cons:

The extra bed was extremly uncomfortable

כשעשינו צק אין בשעה מוקדמת בבוקר רצינו מים חמים לקפה שהיה לנו, כבר החזרנו את המפתחות אז ביקשנו מהנציג שעשה לנו צק אין לפני דקה מים חמים אמר שאין!!! אמרנו לו אם אתה רוצה קפה עכשיו יש לך? אמר אין! ממש לא נחמד היחס טעון שיפור

My US/BG family enjoyed our stay here and will definitely repeat it.
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. The spa zone is great - very spacious and has really good variety of zones. My three year old had a lot of fun at the kids club. The food at the restaurant is delicious - very fresh.

Cons:

The staff is not super smily compared to the US but I guess it is a cultural trade so it is within the norms.

Outside pool

Cons:

We couldn't find the wine you promised in our room. The staff were very rude. I paid 20.5 Euros during check-out. We couldn't find out what it was for. I only had a bottle of water with my meal and it cost 4.5 Euros

Stuff we’re not friendly and not organised . There were no cleaning of the room only changing the towels…bathroom toilet water button broken and scupper clogged and nobody came to fix and clean them .No facility prepared for the kid even we were requesting prior our arrival.pool and spa very dirty. Even was a parking the stuff was bothering us during testing hours to move the car and trying to scare us with pickup truck while everywhere was full with snow and no one clean the parking places…
