Учтив и услужлив персонал.Хубави реномирани и чисти стаи.Спа центъра , басейните .Детския кът е голям и хубав.Чист и голям ресторант.

Cons:

Вечерята е като за 3 звезди (което е разочароващо за 5-те звезди на хотела).Хубаво е да има място за сядане на възрастните при детския кът.Хубаво е външния басеин да работи и през деня.

Good and relaxing
Pros:

Hotel spa facilities were excellent

Cons:

Waiting Staff were not very familiar and understanding towards Allergy requirements and concerns. Management was very helpful though especially two ladies from reception which were extremely helpful.
