אנשי הספא היו מהממים
ארוחת בוקר הייתה טובה יחסית לאירופה היה מגוון.
נח שהיה שאולי לגונדולה.

Cons:

הפקידי קבלה היו חסרי סבלנות, עשו טובה שעוזרים לנו.
החדר שקיבלנו היו בו הרבה דברים שנראה שהוזנחו כמו רטיבות בחלק מהקירות, פרקט שהתרומם.
לא היה לנו מילוי בסבון ובשמפו, ביקשתי מספר פעמים יומים ברציחות מהקבלה ובסוף ראינו חדרניית וביקשנו מהם ישירות.

Pros:

really well, renovated, nice property. Will visit again.

Cons:

Couple of things broke. Bathrobe hanger, toilet sink ( wouldnt flush so I had to open it up on top and flush water manually )

Pros:

Spa was great. Room was great

Cons:

The bathroom had a very small glass on the shower so after you showered the entire bathroom flooded. It seemed like they were aware of this since every time I spoke to them they just sent maintenance to clean it up. But it was really annoying

We had a great stay in Bansko with wonderful staff, delicious brekky, and a truly warm, petfriendly
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Bansko and truly enjoyed every moment of our visit. The hotel was excellent, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel comfortable right away.

The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. What really stood out was how friendly and caring everyone was — including the housekeeping team, who were very kind to us and especially sweet to our doggies. It meant a lot to see how genuinely welcoming they were, as it’s not always easy to find places that truly embrace pets.

The breakfast was perfect – fresh, delicious, and offering a great variety of options. It was the ideal way to start each day.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bansko and would happily stay here again!
