Обилна закуска, страхотна гледка, чисто и поддържано!
Разположението и недостатъчните шезлонги.
На шезлонгите срещу басейна ни заявиха,че трябва минимална консумация от 50 евро, което е неуважително, понеже никой няма да стои на 1 фрапе цял ден! Една млада сервитьорка не ми взе цялата поръчка, при което, след проведен разговор всички я защиха и обвиниха кухнята, а в погледа й се четеше,че я е забравила тя и мълчеше, докато й обяснявах поръчката си.
Пред хотела паркираха определени хора и коли , а нашите бяха на 100метра от входа! Имайте в предвид,че е е на открито! Определено няма да повторим!
Чистота, приветливый персонал, комфортный отдых. Порадовала спа зона, красиво, теплые бассейны.

We loved the hotel itself, the rooms and the spa center. The rooms are moderns, designed with a fine touch, in alpine style (we stayed in one of the rooms in their new wing). The spa offers a wide arrange of facilities, nice and modern. The restaurant is good, we had breakfast and dinner at buffet which offered a wide arrange of speacialties, drink also available at reasonable prices.
The staff was somewhat awkward, the receptionist upon our arrival had the details of our booking wrong - she was claiming we have not booked on Booking, and we had only breakfast included, so I had to show her our reservation and after that she agreed she will get it sorted "soon". We had no issue after. We were given a room where the air conditioner was not working (August and 35 degrees outside), so later they tried to fix it while we were out , but eventually did not manage, and moved us to another room. Overall the room they gave us was same only on ground floor so that was okay, however, we would expect some sort of upgrade or something when you cannot use a room for 4 hours at the prices they charge.. also the rooms offer "free of charge" goods in the fridge as compliments upon arrival, however, the room we were moved to did not have any compliments, as our friends did, and we had to ask - then they provided those which was a bit strange that the room was not fully prepared to welcome guests. The outside pool did not have enough sunbeds for all the guests, when we arrived, sunbeds were all fully "booked" with towels and no people, so we had to drag on our own some sponges and soft furnishings to be able to sit somewhere.. this si a bit unacceptable for a hotel of this range and for the price you pay. Staff is sometimes helpful , sometimes not.. we were given bands for the wrists, however, the spa reception guy had to ask me if I am a guest of the hotel (as if I randomly there) when I asked for a beach towel.

Персоналът е изключително любезен. СПА зоната е много добра и е чисто! Детския кът също е добър, просторен. Стаите са части, имаше и комплименти от хотела. За закуска имаше пюрета за бебоците.
Най-вече останахме недоволни от храната в ресторанта и от цените, както в ресторанта така и на Пул бара. Като за 5 звезден хотел, смятам че трябва да се обърне внимание и на блок масата, която се предлага. За вечеря няма особен избор (изключвам разядки и мезета). Не бих казала и че е вкусно за съжаление. Цените в другия ресторант са космически, както и на Пул бара.

מלון דיי" עייף " , עם שיפוץ מאוד ישן , חדר אוכל לא היה טעים, עם אוכל שלא נראה טרי מהיום.
Спато е много приятно. От много време не съм била в наистина топли басейни. Наличието на няколко джакузита предполага уединение и истински релакс.
Отдалечеността от центъра.
Спа центърът беше чудесен, а закуската - много богата и разнообразна. За съжаление, престоят ни беше развален от стаята, в която бяхме настанени.
Бяхме на приземния етаж, точно срещу чилър/вентилационна система, която работеше непрекъснато – включително през нощта. Шумът беше много силен и не можехме дори да използваме терасата си.
След като сигнализирахме на рецепция, помолихме за смяна на стаята, но такава не ни беше предложена. Това е основната причина да не можем да дадем по-висока оценка.
