Pros:

Персоналът беше много любезен и отзивчив,опитваха се да ни помогнат по всякакъв начин да прекараме страхотно. Гледката от стаята беше много красива. Закуската беше много добра. Домашните любимци са добре дошли.

Cons:

Хотелът е доста амортизиран, в банята стърчеше една тръба от стената,просто така оставена и други подобни неща. Спа центърът е малък за капацитета на хотела, така и не успяхме да го посетим, защото беше пълен всеки път като решим да отидем. Външният басейн граничи с необработен терен,който всъщност е и път за коли. При всяко преминаване на превозно средство се вдига облак прах и е доста неприятно.

Money for nothing. Ruined holiday.
Pros:

Practically nothing

Cons:

Extremely overrated. Not corresponding to a 5 star hotel, not even 4. The Spa is overcrowded. Impossible to find a place at the pool. The pool water was not clean. Our child got sick from the pool water. The rooms are poorly built and not clean. The elevators are even worse… The prices at lobby and restaurant are like in Saint Moritz, unlike the service and food quality.
Very disappointing!
Never ever again this hotel!!!
