Villa Katipadu Coorg

Excellent Location, Quality of rooms. Very courteous and responsive caretaking staff. Simple, yet tasty food. Very close to Iruppu falls which is just 10 mins away.

The location is so peaceful and relaxing. The coffee blossoms were in bloom even at the edge of the pool so it smelled better than any hotel we've ever stayed in. Every detail of the property is custom built for visual beauty and maximum comfort. Spotlessly clean, food is delicious and varied, and the pool/ loungers take it over the top. Radhika and Nicky are so warm and welcoming, they feel like your best friends right away. On the first night they asked when and where we wanted dinner. I answered that if they could join us, we'd eat any time that was convenient for them. What a memorable meal we had together with their daughter in the perfectly designed gazebo with a bonfire next to it. Can't wait to go back. And in fact that is exactly what we did the next weekend.

Exceptional! What a beautiful building in a wonderful location. Spacious, very comfortable room/ bathroom with view over the lakes. Lovely outside seating area, pool, dining room. Great food and excellent staff. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for some "me/alone" time, then Villa Katipadu is an excellent choice. The location will naturally put you in a peaceful state of mind and help you unwind.
Breakfast and lunch/dinner food options were really good and tasted even better. The property staff members were too sweet and helpful. Radhika (property owner) is a very gracious host and also helped us with the booking for Nagarhole tiger safari.
Wifi, swimming pool and other amenities were also up to the mark. We drove from Bangalore- good roads, took us around 5 hours.
Overall, me and my wife had a very good stay and hope to be back soon!

The property is secluded beautiful and tasteful. It's really close to nature. There's only 6 rooms so it's peaceful. Food was great and they even customized it as per our needs. Staff was responsive and prompt. Books to read and some games to play. Small but great swimming pool with a view.

Villa Vibes Galore!

What an epic stay—felt like royalty with all the top-notch hospitality. The moment we rolled up, we were wowed by the sprawling landscape, a serene lake, and this jaw-dropping villa in the background. Instant excitement!

Upon arrival, friendly helpers whisked our luggage away and led us right to the villa. Gopal, the super caretaker, took care of us from check-in to check-out like a pro.

Nestled in a valley and surrounded by hilly coffee plantations, this place is a nature lover’s dream. Do yourself a favor and take an early morning stroll through the plantations. Imagine waking up early to see a magical mist slowly drape over the property—pure bliss!

The rooms? Comfy, luxurious, and super spacious with all the amenities you could ever need. And the food? Pretty decent—though the jackfruit palya deserves a standing ovation.

We even got to kick back at a lakeside gazebo where they set up a cozy campfire, served some tasty bites, and we ended up jamming out low-key. Total chill mode!

Huge shout-out to Radhika, the awesome property owner who made sure we were spoiled rotten. And if you get a chance, meet her adorable daughter—a little burst of sunshine. Oh, and the homemade dates pickle by her SIL? Mind-blowing! My tummy is still dreaming about it.

All in all, it was one relaxingly fun stay that made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back for another round of this amazing hospitality!
