Good value for money. Good for a family stay
Pros:

- The bed was a great size
- The room was spacious enough and clean
- The pools were good for the kids and adults
- The breakfast was good
- Staff were excellent
- Kids room was good

I booked an 8-night stay here, Ocean’s Edge Luxury Suite, but the room had a major plumbing issue that ruined the experience. The shower drain was not working, so water would pool up and flood the area outside the bathroom during every shower. I notified the staff and a technician came to check it, but the issue persisted throughout my entire stay. It is quite unacceptable to leave guests dealing with a flooded bathroom for over a week. I hope management takes this seriously and fixes the rooms.

En fantastisk upplevelse!
Pros:

Allt är toppen! Finns inget att klaga på! Personalen fantastisk, hjälpsamma, rummen stora och välstädat! Frukosten har allt du önskar dig, middag på rummet fantastiskt!

A place to chill out.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Unfortunately for us we arrived by taxi and not having our own transport were restricted to the local area. Here it let the resort down, there is nothing to do or see in the immediate vicinity. You walk down the beach one way and everything is so run down and it’s exactly the same walking the opposite way! However, if you just want a place to chill out then this is the place. A good swimming pool and I believe a fitness centre, but I can’t vouch for that. In the evening they have a lovely outdoor restaurant with a menu which l believe was somewhat limited.

Cons:

Nothing as far as the hotel and staff are concerned. But for our visit just the observations as above.

Dit was wel het meest uitgebreide ontbijt, gelijk als Four Seasons, er was werkelijk alles, personeel ook zeer vriendelijk
De kamer 1302 direct aan de zee, maar geen hinder van de golven

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt sogar mit Wow-Effekt ob der schönen Empfangshalle mit Meerblick

Lecker und große Auswahl.
Guter Kaffee

Cons:

Das schöne Hotel in einer prima Lage direkt am Strand ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Man müßte verschiedene Dinge renovieren.
