Not Worth the Hassle – Room Issues and Delays
Pros:

Dinner tasted good with limited but decent vegetarian options.

Mohan Lal was the main person managing everything; he was polite and tried to help.

Cons:

Booked room was not provided on arrival.

One room had insects, and we were shifted to another hotel.

Very bad toilet smell in both rooms.

Towels delivered late.

Hot water not available in evening or morning, very uncomfortable in cold weather.

Rooms had no AC/fan and were full of mosquitoes.

Swimming pool dirty and unusable.

Overall management was poor and unresponsive.


Summary: Mohan Lal tried his best, but service was delayed and ineffective. Maybe he could have offered us a proper room from the start, but instead we wasted a lot of time with multiple issues. Overall, not worth it.

View from the hotel

Cons:

Curtains were very dirty. You can't even touch them. Found lots of insects in the room. Breakfast was not good. Towels not kept in the room.
