Despite charging a premium rate, the hotel failed to provide basic service facilities. I initially chose to book a stay based on the positive reviews I read online; however, it has become apparent that these were paid feedbacks and do not accurately reflect the quality of their establishment.
The experience was very poor, and I found the value to be significantly lower than even budget hotels available in the city. Consequently, I will no longer be recommending this hotel to others.
