Tive uma experiência excelente durante minha estadia. O atendimento foi impecável, com todos os funcionários extremamente gentis e cordiais, o que fez toda a diferença.

O quarto estava muito limpo e confortável, demonstrando cuidado em cada detalhe. Estive hospedada com uma criança e fomos surpreendidos com um gesto muito atencioso, deixaram desenho, giz e bombons, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial.

Além disso, o hotel é muito bem localizado e oferece uma estrutura bastante confortável. Não houve nenhum ponto negativo durante a estadia, tudo foi realmente muito satisfatório.

Com certeza, quando voltar a Bauru, me hospedarei novamente.

Funcionários muito atenciosos, prestativos. Chegamos no quarto e tinha um mimo para nós e para minha filha pequena. Recepção entra em contato para saber se precisa de algum ajuste..sao muito solícitos...gostamos muito! As acomodações são simples e cumprem o que prometem. O café da manhã é muito bom.! Voltaria com certeza!
