הבחורה בקבלה מקסימה, אדיבה ושירותית. המיקום מעולה! ליד כל הברים והמסעדות. החדר גדול ומרווח. אהבנו מאוד. מקווים לחזור בקרוב.

Cons:

לא הגענו עם ציפיות למלון 5 כוכבים ולכן לא התאכזבנו. התמורה שווה למה שמקבלים.

חופשה נהדרת במקום יפה
Pros:

המלון נמצא ברובע הבשמים המקסים, עם חניה ליד המלון.
החדר מאד מרווח ויפה עם מקלחת ענקית.
צוות מחוייך ואדיב ותמיד מוכן לעזור.
לא לקחנו ארוחת בוקר והלכנו לבתי קפה חמודים ליד.
היו לנו ימים נהדרים,תודה!

הצוות מקסים, עזר עם כל שאלה שהייתה לנו, המליצו לנו מקומות בסביבה. החדר גדול ומרווח, מיטה נוחה, יש הרגשת פרטיות, נקי. המיקום פצצה.

רואים שנעשה שיפוץ לאחרונה/ המקום חדש, אך התחזוקה נמוכה (חיפויים של הג'קוזי שבורים, מקרר קטן נמצא בתוך ארון ופולט חום, ברזים מטפטפים בג'קוזי וגם במקלחת).
מחיר ללילה הגיוני סה"כ לישראל, אבל כמובן שיש המון מה לשפר.

Dissappointing

The room was great but not maintained

Cons:

Jacuzzi had worms in it. The common areas were not clean at all. No staff in morning to check out at 8:30am. Lobby desk locked and phone withput answer. Dissappointed!!!

מלון נחמד, אם כי לא הייתי מגדיר אותו כמלון אלא יותר כאכסניה משודרגת.
הנציג בקבלה היה מסביר פנים.
החדר היה יפה ומסודר, מקלחת נעימה.

לא ניתן היה להזמין מראש ארוחת בוקר למרות שבאתר המלון מציג שבמקום יש ארוחת בוקר בסגנון בופה. ניסיון ליצור קשר עם המלון לפני ההגעה לבירור בנוגע לארוחת הבוקר לא צלחו. בעת ביצוע הצ'ק האין ביקשנו לבדוק להוסיף ארוחת בוקר חשבנו שמדובר בארוחה בסגנון בופה, בבוקר אתאכזבנו לגלות שמדובר בארוחה שמוגשת אישית לאורחים שהזמינו ארוחת בוקר בלבד ואינה מוגשת לכלל האורחים. למעט השקשוקה שהיתה חמה וטעימה הארוחה היתה די אנמית ולא טעימה עם מבחר דל. הג'קוזי שנמצא מחוץ לחדר לא נראה מזמין.

מומלץ ושווה את התמורה בתנאי שהציפיות מותאמות.
Pros:

היינו שני מבוגרים ושני מתבגרים, 4 לילות בחדר עם ג'קוזי. קראנו את הביקורות והגענו עם ציפיות מותאמות לאורחן ולא למלון בוטיק ולכן היה לנו בסדר גמור. המיקום מעולה, ממש במרכז רובע הבשמים ובכל זאת היה לנו שקט. החדר מרווח, חלל גבוה, אסתטי, שינה נוחה. אין חלונות אבל יש מזגן ואפשר לפתוח את דלת החדר כי יש עוד דלת במבוקים חיצונית שדי שומרת על הפרטיות (שם הג'קוזי). הג'קוזי עבד טוב. המקלחת מעולה..לסיכום: מומלץ והעלות שווה לגמרי את התמורה, בתנאי שהציפיות מותאמות ומגיעים מצויידים.

צריך להשקיע שם יותר בנקיון. בנוסף, יש קומקום ומקרר אבל לא מצוייד מעבר לכך. מומלץ להביא כוסות, כלים ומטליות.
