Nice city view, teracce with view, good position, very good breakfast

charming, full of character, and right in the middle of everything without being in the crowded area. The views are amazing, and you can easily walk to the main sights and restaurants. They even pick you up in a little buggy to take your luggage up the hill, which is a nice touch for the hot weather. The owner/manager was super friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was amazing — they had the best (and only) warm breads I've had in the Balkans, plus all the cheese, eggs, fruit, and coffee your heart could desire. The rooms have well functioning air conditioning but still keep all their old-world charm.

Ich würde allen Reisenden, die Berat erkunden wollen, dieses kleine familiär geführte Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Stadt. Wir wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und haben die familiäre Atmosphäre sehr genossen.

The owners and the staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. Great terrace to take in the views. Loved our stay and highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vista Boutique Hotel. This small, family-run hotel sits in the beautiful Gorica quarter of Berat, housed in a stunning 200-year-old building that has been lovingly restored – you can really feel the character and history in every corner.
Our room was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. What really stood out were the various terraces, each offering a different stunning view of Berat's iconic "thousand windows" skyline across the river – waking up to that view every morning was magical. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh, generous, and full of local flavors – clearly made with real care.
The location in Gorica is perfect too – quiet and authentic, just across the river from the main town, with the castle and Mangalem quarter visible right from the hotel. It's the kind of place that makes you feel like you're staying somewhere truly special, not just another hotel.
Highly recommend to anyone visiting Berat – especially couples and families looking for comfort combined with real history and character.

Décoration traditionnelle charmante. Chambre confortables. Les nombreuses terrasses depuis lesquelles on peut profiter de la vue sur Berat et le coucher de soleil sont un énorme plus!
