No hubo nada de mi agrado.

Cons:

Efectuaron la preimposicion del pago, cuando elegí la opción sin pago por adelantado, la habitación por los 179€ que aboné, muy pequeña, básica cama y baño, el desayuno incluido en el precio 16€ consistió en un café, una croissant y un vaso de jugo, un robo. No volvería jamás.

The location was great. The Staff were very courteous. Easy walk to all Santiago places of interest including the railway station....a big plus . The gentleman who allowed us in was very gracious...a big plus. He was conversant in English. Another plus was we were allowed early access to our room as we requested since we were completing the Camino. Very much appreciated

Cons:

Size of the room. Absolutely tiny with no place to move. The furniture was in a bad state, old and unpolished and not clean. However, the staff cleaned the room daily. The bath cubicle was less than 4 sq ft making it difficult to bathe. The bath drainage was not working and was left standing in a puddle...not cleared even though the service staff were informed. Possibly because it's a very old building ...felt it was overpriced.

Pros:

There is no elevator and we had three heavy suitcases, some assistance in getting them to and from our third floor room would have been appreciated.it is a moderate facility, but pleasant.

La ubicación en pleno casco antiguo, la amabilidad del personal sobre todo de las chicas de la cafetería que fueron estupendas y un desayuno muy completo

Cons:

El precio excesivo para el hotel que es.El baño diminuto.La insonorización de las ventanas a la calle muy bien porque tienen doble ventana, pero insufribles los ruidos de las escaleras y el pasillo y se oye hasta cuando usan el baño en las habitaciones contiguas. No hemos dormido apenas
