Pros:

Nothing to like at all.

Cons:

They provide pillow one is soft and other one is slightly firm. So, you can choose for your preference. Room facility is complete.

Been so many hotel this was the worst experience..But thumbs up to the staff over there helpful

Once I reached right in front of the hotel bomba and police car were there..thought had cases happen..Step in lobby smelly omg awful ..Check in first floor dead mice smell..How u feel if the environment like this even the facility is fair

A good one with this location. We slept well, and fed well :)
Pros:

Great location, next to the mainroad. A Thai restaurant next door + ikan bakar (seafood barbeque within walking distance) + laundrette next door. Forget to bring tooth brush/paste? There's mini market too. Too close that you can actually go only by wearing kaftan & pyjamas. Not too far from masjid too.
Ample parking. With elevator and ramp (if you have strollers or wheelchairs). Family members only want to eat fastfood? McD deliveries, within 2km. Surprisingly it has a good shower with water heater although the bathroom is outdated. Only 6km from Blue Lagoon Beach.

Cons:

Too close to the road, you could hear noises from vehicles at night, especially the rempits motorbike exhaust with explosion-like sounds. There's a high pitch sound from the toilet after flushing. Forgot to complain there & then.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location is good. Got restaurants, a laundry, a grocery nearby plus it is close to place of attractions in PD.

Cons:

The service & inadequate facilities.
Requested for an extra pillow, because i brought 1 more kid along, but they said they didn't have enough. Also requested an extra bath towel and they said there will be an extra charge - RM25 for 1 towel. How frustrating.

restaurants, laundry, car parking are all very easy...

Cons:

the cleanliness of the mattress ..very unsatisfactory..need to clean because there are hairs on the mattress.
