Nice facility with amazing staff 10/10 rooms look great but 6/10 for comfort. Still a decent choice for Guayaqui

The staff are amazing, helpful, kind, intuitive, and accommodating.

Cons:

The a/c blows right on the bed so it is hot and cold all night and the doors to the rooms are not very soundproof. Can hear other guests coming and going all night.
