Very quiet , super fast broadband

Everything about the room itself and check in was great. But at check out this is the second time we have paid extra for late check out and second time we were woken up with a very large aggressive bang on the door before 10 am. Today they knocked TWICE. Feels pointless paying extra when I can’t sleep in anyway. Not to mention the aggressiveness of the knock is actually scary to wake up to.

Brand new building, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, kitchen fully equipped and generously sized fridge with freezer. Room also featured a small table and chair, big tv, and a comfy desk chair and two seater sofa. Bathroom was good with ample sink area and great pressure shower.

Free ample parking available at the back of the building with direct access, and a nice pub next door and a Tesco express a couple of min walk away.

Now for the cons: I stayed 12 nights and the entire time, the internet disconnected every 10-20 min without fail, and would return after 10-15 min. This was incredibly disruptive so FYI if you need to work remotely. I had to use my phone as hotspot and so did other guests. I tried to bring it up with staff who said they didn’t know when it would be fixed, likewise reached to ASK4 support and got no answer over a week. Now I understand ISP issue is not directly the studios’ fault, but I am contracted to them and I’m supposed to have free WiFi access.

Communication / organisation could be improved, it is clear the staff are still learning procedures and information I was given was incorrect a couple of times, I had to chase for them to do the weekly clean in my room which I was meant to have as staying over a week.

Staff were friendly, polite and helpful though.

Just need to improve on a few things to be an excellent place. Looking forward to my next stay!

Not happy with the staff , v rude and unprofessional

I was pleasantly surprised by the standard and I would definitely stay again.

This property was a great stay and we will be using it again soon , it was safe, clean and the staff were very helpful. We had a slight issue of having a bar below us and it was a bit loud and they lit the fire for the oven each night so ment we couldn’t open our window for smoke coming in. It won’t stop us from returning though.

Clean and just what we needed as a base

Impressed with my accommodation. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless, as was the kitchen area. Felt safe and secure. Online check and electronic key were seamless. No issues accessing building or room.

I also left a jacket behind after checking out. I contacted the staff and arranged for them to post this home to me. I was incredibly grateful for their help. Kept in contact and informed.

Nice clean apartment style living. Reminds me very much of student accommodation, but a lot more comfortable..

Bed was great, room was immaculate. Nice to have a TV with added extras on.

Would stay again

Overall very good. I feel there should be better signage arriving at the property on foot to show where the entrance gates are. And also once in the main gate it isn’t clear which is the main door.

Good, clean, tidy and functional. Only negative was I was on the top floor and it was hot and humid with no air-con. Obviously for safety the windows only opened a little and then it was quite noisey with the main road and pub outside when I had the windows open. Wouldn't stop me staying there again though. Ideal and good value for my needs.

We had a great stay overall. Parking was a bit tricky to find initially (go past the pub then turn left) but reception told me where to park. Comfortable room with all amenities provided to cook. Wasn’t absolutely spotless but it was clean enough. Friendly and helpful staff and the phone passes were a faff but it worked out well in the end. Option to get cards so that’s nice. Overall very comfy and would happily stay again, especially if it was cheaper.

Great value, immaculate property

Overall a pleasant stay 😌 communication about accessing keys on the app wasn't too great, perhaps stipulate the time when keys will be issued.

Accessing the building and room was easy though and all that was needed was provided in the room, and the room was comfortable. I would have liked there to be a directory in the room with local information and how to access more tea/coffee etc during the stay if needed and perhaps a fan as there was only 1 small window in the room so room was warm at times.

Generally though very nice, very convenient and would definitely stay again if visiting Preston overnight

The apppartment was small but very nice and a great central location. After unpacking I found fridge didn't work but I got moved to another room so just a minor inconvenience. Room was very hot. Receptionists brought fan up although it didn't nake a big difference. Brightness and heat made sleep difficult, as did noise of others coming and going. Excellent parking right outside. Would defo stay again but maybe not in summer.

Toilet was blocked and no one came to help , the lady came in the morning as said that I can use toilet in far corner , rubbish
